Our beautiful house is located in Freiburg Herdern, about 5 minutes walk from the old village square. A total of 7 great people live on two floors. We have been living together for a long time now and have made ourselves very comfortable. A beautiful, family, but also unforced atmosphere is very important to us.
On the lower floor, your 25sqm room. Real big, bright and beautiful with own terrace access. It has a large window front and is therefore sunny from morning to evening. The room would be for rent all April. The room rental is 600EUR all inclusive.
Each floor has its own kitchen and bathroom, as well as a warm wood stove in the hall, which offers a pleasant heat, especially in the cold days. The garden is a dream, which not only invites you to stay in the summer with tables, chairs and hammocks, as it is also comfortable to cuddle around the fireplace:) With the help of planting the beds is of course optional.:)
Note: Despite two closed apartments on two floors, we see ourselves as 7 WG.

Unser schönes Haus befindet sich in Freiburg Herdern, etwa 5min fussläufig vom alten Dorfplatz entfernt. Auf zwei Etagen wohnen hier insgesamt 7 tolle Menschen. Wir wohnen jetzt schon länger zusammen und haben es uns sehr gemütlich gemacht. Eine schöne, familiäre, aber auch ungezwungene Atmosphäre ist uns sehr wichtig.
In der unteren Etage würde sich dein ca. 25qm grosses Zimmer befinden. Richtig groß, hell und schön mit eigenem Terassenzugang. Es hat eine grosse Fensterfront und ist dadurch von morgens bis abends sonnig. Das Zimmer wäre den ganzen April über zu mieten. Die Zimmermiete ist 600EUR all inclusive.
Jede Etage hat jeweils eigene Küchen- und Badezimmer, sowie einen warmen Holzofen im Flur, was insbesondere in den kalten Tagen eine wohlige Wärme bietet. Traumhaft ist der Garten, der nicht nur im Sommer mit Tischen, Stühlen und Hängematten zum verweilen einlädt, da es sich auch gemütlich um die Feuerstelle kuscheln lässt :) Mithilfe beim Bepflanzen der Beete ist natürlich optional. :)
Anmerkung: Trotz zwei ins sich geschlossenen Wohnungen auf zwei Etagen verstehen wir uns als 7er WG.

Genauso selten kommt es vor, dass man ganz alleine ist und so ergibt sich eigentlich jeden Abend ein Grüppchen von Mitbewohner*innen, das gemeinsam kocht, zusammen Kaffee trinkt, gemeinsam werkelt, sportelt oder auf dem Balkon sitzt und quatscht.
Wir teilen unsere Lebensmittel und bekommen eine regionale Gemüsekiste, an der ihr euch gerne beteiligen könnt - aber nicht müsst.
