We are a friendly and living 6 WG in the 3rd The floor of the home and search from the 1st = = References = = = = External links = =:)
According to the SWFR, you must be registered in Freiburg and be German or have made your subscription in Germany. Apart from that, we would be happy about a nice and open person who has a desire for a social life of the WG, helps to keep the apartment clean and is sometimes enthusiastic about games or cooking evenings.
The room has a view of the Black Forest and is furnished with the basic equipment from the dorm (desk, white desk chair, shelf, wardrobe and bed). The remaining objects in the pictures are all taken by our current roommate, which means you have enough space to rearrange. Apart from the hall and the 6 rooms, we have a kitchen, a small living room area, a bathroom, 2 Klos and a storage room. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement. From SWFR you get a 3-year contract with a monthly rent of approx. 300 €warm and a deposit of 400 €.

Wir sind eine freundliche und lebendige 6er WG im 3. Stock des Händelwohnheims und suchen ab dem 1. April eine/n neue Mitbewohner/in. :)
Laut Vorgabe des SWFR musst du in Freiburg eingeschrieben sein und deutsch sein bzw. in Deutschland dein Abi gemacht haben. Abgesehen davon würden wir uns über eine nette und offene Person freuen, die Lust auf ein geselliges WG-Leben hat, mithilft die Wohnung sauber zu halten und ab und zu für Spiele- oder Kochabende zu begeistern ist.
Das Zimmer hat einen Blick auf den Schwarzwald und wird mit der Grundausstattung vom Wohnheim möbliert vermietet (Schreibtisch, weißer Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, Schrank und Bett). Die restlichen Gegenstände in den Bildern werden alle von unserem aktuellen Mitbewohner mitgenommen, das heißt du hast genug Platz um dich neu einzurichten. Abgesehen vom Flur und den 6 Zimmern, haben wir eine Küche, eine kleine Wohnzimmerecke, ein Bad, 2 Klos und einen Abstellraum. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibts im Keller. Vom SWFR bekommst du einen 3-jahres Vertrag mit einer monatlichen Miete von ca. 300€ warm und einer Kaution von 400€.
Das WG-Casting findet bereits diese Woche bzw. wahrscheinlich am Sonntag bei uns in der WG statt, in Ausnahmefällen auch online. Schreib uns gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich und wir melden uns dann zurück. :)

In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, unsere Favorites sind Aldi (3 Min. Fußweg) und bei speziellen Einkäufen Kaufland (ca. 5 Minuten).

Wir haben alle recht unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen, aber treffen uns gerne zum Essen oder auf einen Tee in der Küche. Da nicht jeder von uns Deutsch kann sprechen wir meistens Englisch. Alle paar Wochen organisieren wir ein WG-Dinner und bequatschen dann alles mögliche was die WG betrifft.
