Furnished room in a beautiful, city-facing location with garden for rent Möbliertes Zimmer in wunderschöner, innenstadtnaher Lage mit Garten zur Zwischenmiete

The apartment is located on the ground floor in Herdern-Berg. By bike downhill you need 6 min to the city centre (e.g. Europaplatz) or 9 min to the university; for the return trip two to three minutes more should be planned, because then a good bit goes uphill. The apartment also has direct connection to the addressed garden with a fantastic view over Freiburg. This southern part of the garden is also only used by us. From time to time, beside a white cat, you can also meet a turtle (no joke). Despite the quiet location, you can walk around 9 minutes in the Herdern valley with bus stops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, diner shop, supermarket etc.
The apartment is located in Wintererstraße between Immental and Sebastian-Kneipp-Straße. Before you write to us, please look at the location on GoogleMaps - for some people, the mountain is an exclusion criterion.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in Herdern-Berg. Mit dem Fahrrad bergab braucht man 6 min in die Innenstadt (z.B. Europaplatz) oder 9 min zur Uni; für den Rückweg sollten zwei bis drei Minuten mehr eingeplant werden, weil es dann ein gutes Stückchen bergauf geht. Die Wohnung hat auch direkte Anbindung zum angesprochenen Garten mit traumhaftem Blick über Freiburg. Dieser Südteil des Gartens wird auch nur von uns genutzt. Ab und zu trifft man dort neben einem weißen Kater auch mal eine Schildkröte (kein Witz). Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man in rund 9 min Fußweg im Herderner Tal mit Bushaltestellen, Bäckereien, Eisdielen, Dönerladen, Supermarkt etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Wintererstraße zwischen Immental- und Sebastian-Kneipp-Straße. Bevor ihr uns schreibt, schaut euch bitte die Lage auf GoogleMaps an - für manche Leute ist der Berg dann doch ein Ausschlusskriterium.

Now to us: we are middle/end 20, but for professional reasons still live in other cities. Therefore, we currently only use one of the two bedrooms and would like to rent the other. Expectedly in summer we gradually move completely into the apartment, which is why the rental ratio is limited only. During the period until July you probably have at least half the time the apartment including large kitchen and garden for you all alone. The rest of the time is always there to one of us. So if you're looking for a WG where you spend a lot of time together, this is the wrong point of contact. Nevertheless, at the times when we are there, we should of course be a relaxed coexistence in which we are currently happy to be open to joint activities. We study medicine or work in the film sector, like creative, games and certainly even more, but I just don't think of anything (so much for creativity!).

Nun zu uns: wir sind Mitte/Ende 20, aber wohnen aus beruflichen Gründen noch in anderen Städten. Daher nutzen wir aktuell nur eines der beiden Schlafzimmer und möchten das andere gerne vermieten. Voraussichtlich im Sommer ziehen wir nach und nach vollständig in die Wohnung, weshalb das Mietverhältnis nur befristet ist. In dem Zeitraum bis Juli hast du vermutlich mindestens die Hälfte der Zeit die Wohnung inklusive großer Wohnküche und Garten für dich ganz allein. Den Rest der Zeit ist ab und zu einer von uns da. Wenn du also auf der Suche nach einer WG bist, in der man viel Zeit zusammen verbringt, ist das hier die falsche Anlaufstelle. Trotzdem soll es zu den Zeiten, in denen wir da sind, natürlich ein entspanntes Zusammenleben sein, in dem wir bei Zeit gerne offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind. Wir studieren Medizin bzw. arbeiten im Filmbereich, mögen Kreatives, Spiele und sicher noch mehr, aber mir fällt gerade nichts ein (so viel zur Kreativität!).

It is important to us (vegetarian and vegan) that you eat vegetarian or vegan at home (huiuiui). The 30 € additional costs are flat for electricity, water and heating. The withdrawal date would be mid-March, the withdrawal date is then flexible on 15 or 31 July.
