Zwischenmiete in gemütlicher WG in der Rathausgasse

Die Lage ist natürlich super zentral! Die Rathausgasse liegt auf direktem Weg vom Bahnhof in die Innenstadt. So ziemlich Alles, was du brauchst, ist schnell zu erreichen. Supermärkte, Uni, UB, Colombipark und der Platz der alten Synagoge sind direkt um die Ecke.
Die Rathausgasse ist teilweise schon gut belebt. Durch die neuen Fenster, ist aber so gut wie nichts davon zu hören und gerade Richtung Uni ist es sehr ruhig.

The location is of course super central! Rathausgasse is on the direct route from the train station to the city center. Pretty much everything you need is within easy reach. Supermarkets, university, UB, Colombipark and Platz der alten Synagoge are just around the corner.
Rathausgasse is already quite lively in places. However, thanks to the new windows, almost none of this can be heard and it is very quiet, especially towards the university.

In der WG wohnen Charlie, Sophia, Nils, Akhila und Jan.


Sophia ist 27, studiert in den Endzügen ihres Masters of Education und arbeitet nebenher im Rettungsdienst. Sie hat viel zu viele Dinge, die sie gerne macht und noch viel mehr, die sie gerne machen würde, wenn sie mehr Zeit hätte. Sie trinkt für ihr Leben gerne Kaffee, mag Bücher, engagiert sich ehrenamtlich und verbringt ansonsten gerne Zeit mit den Menschen, die ihr am Herzen liegen.

Jan (23) ist auch (seit kurzem) dabei 💫. Er studiert Informatik 🤓besteht aber darauf, dass er auch manchmal das Haus verlässt🏋️🕺🏐 🤥. Eigentlich ist er auch ganz lieb und lustig✨ (außer morgens 🫣)

Charlie (21) studiert Hebammenwissenschaften, liebt Politik, Kunst, Kräuter und Pflanzen und gemeinsame Jam-Sessions in unserer Küche.

Nils (26) studiert Sport und Mathe auf Lehramt im Master. Im Sommer findet man ihn meistens irgendwo draußen beim Beachen, Basketball spielen oder Biken und ihm Winter werden Skitage gesammelt. Außerdem ist er leicht für Karten- oder Gesellschaftsspiele zu begeistern und ab und zu wird mal die Gitarre ausgepackt und ein bisschen Musik gemacht.

Akhila (23) badet gern in der dreisam, manchmal schreibt sie in ihr tagebuch. sie trinkt exorbitant viel tee (süßholz minze), meditiert öfter mal und schwingt oft ihre tanzhufe:)

Die Schlaf- und Essrhythmen unterscheiden sind sehr und dementsprechend kann man eigentlich fast zu jeder Tageszeit jemanden in der Küche antreffen und sich dort dann verquatschen. :)
Gerne wird auch mal gemeinsam gekocht und WG-Abende veranstaltet. Einige aus der WG sind viel unterwegs und es ist mal ruhiger, mal belebter im Flur, der Küche und der Sitzecke im Treppenhaus.
Es ist voll üblich und okay, wenn Leute Lust auf Ruhe haben und sich gerne auf ihr Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Genauso schön ist es, wenn Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten da ist.
Als große Gruppe sind wir nur ab und zu unterwegs/in der Küche. Aber wenn du Lust auf gemeinsame Dinge hast, finden sich meist Leute dafür :) Sei es ein spontanes Spiken im Park, Dartspielen, einen Kaffeeklatsch, ein gemütlicher Spaziergang oder ein Spieleabend.
Wir teilen uns die Basics (Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Zwiebeln, Knobi, Putzmittel, etc.) und von Zeit zu Zeit werden die Kosten dafür umgerechnet, sodass sich alle finanziell gleichermaßen dafür beteiligen.

Akhila, Charlie, Sophia, Nils and Jan live in the shared flat.

Akhila (23) likes to bathe in the dreisam, sometimes she writes in her diary. she drinks an exorbitant amount of tea (liquorice mint), meditates from time to time and often swings her dancing hooves:)

Sophia is 27, is in the final stages of her Master of Education degree and works part-time in the emergency services. She has far too many things that she likes to do and even more that she would like to do if she had more time. She loves to drink coffee, likes books, does voluntary work and otherwise enjoys spending time with the people she cares about.

Jan (23) has also (recently) joined 💫. He is studying computer science 🤓but insists that he sometimes leaves the house verlässt🏋️🕺🏐 🤥. He's actually really nice and funny✨ (except in the morning 🫣)

Charlie (21) is studying midwifery, loves politics, art, herbs and plants and jam sessions together in our kitchen.

Nils (26) is studying for a master's degree in sports and math. In summer you can usually find him somewhere outside playing beach volleyball, basketball or biking and in winter he spends as much time skiing as possible. He is also easily inspired by card or board games and every now and then he gets out the guitar and plays a bit of music.

Our sleeping and eating rhythms are very different, so you can find someone in the kitchen at almost any time of day to chat. :)
We also like to cook together and organize flat-share evenings. Some of the flatmates are out and about a lot and it's sometimes quieter, sometimes busier in the hallway, the kitchen and the sitting area in the stairwell.
It's perfectly normal and okay for people to want to relax and retreat to their room.
It's just as nice when there's a desire to do activities together.
As a large group, we're only out and about in the kitchen from time to time. But if you feel like doing things together, there are usually people around :) Whether it's a spontaneous spike in the park, playing darts, a coffee klatch, a leisurely walk or a games evening.
We share the basics (oil, vinegar, spices, onions, garlic, cleaning products, etc.) and from time to time the costs are converted so that everyone contributes equally financially.
