Hello, dear apartment-looking

since I move in March with a friend, I would like to rent my beautiful WG room.
My roommates are both working. Marius is a graduate of the University of California. Therefore, we attach importance to the fact that our home is a clean and peaceful place of retreat from everyday strapazas and we take account of each other.
The apartment is located in the beautiful, quiet cap in the middle of nature and is well connected for PH students. The bike is a 15-20 minute walk down to the city and the train from Littenweiler is also used in the case of smuggling weather.
Washing machine, spool machine and bicycle cellar are available.
The photo shows the room in both the furnished and unfurnished condition, but it is rented unfurnished!:)

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende🌞

da ich im März mit einer Freundin zusammen ziehe, möchte ich gerne mein schönes WG-Zimmer weitervermieten.
Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind beide berufstätig. Marius macht sein Refrendariat und Cecilia promoviert . Daher legen wir Wert darauf, dass unser Zuhause ein sauberer und friedlicher Rückzugsort von alltäglichen Strapazen ist und wir aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, ruhigen Kappel inmitten der Natur und ist gerade für PH Studierende gut angebunden. Mit dem Radl ist man in 15-20 minuten in die Stadt runtergesaust und bei Schmuddelwetter fährt alternativ auch die Bahn aus Littenweiler.
Waschmaschine, Spuelmaschine und Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden.
Auf dem Foto ist das Zimmer sowohl im möblierten als auch im unmöblierten Zustand zu sehen, vermietet wird es aber unmöbliert! :)
