Hi we are looking for a nice flatmate✌️
This house has two floors and a basement, along with a spacious, beautiful garden and tables and several chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We live on the second floor, which consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. Your room faces the garden, has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, and also has access to the balcony. It’s the largest and nicest room in the house. Full rent including energy is 550. The owners are also nice people (you can find them in one of the images).
The house is located just 700 meters (about 9 minutes’ walk) from the Moosgrund tram station (line 1, Landwasser). It’s in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, conveniently located between Seepark and Moosweiher lakes, each only a 10-minute walk away. There are dm, Rewe, Lidl, gym close to the house. (400-500 meters)
Your flatmates are Yeram and Moji. Yeram is 24 years old, kind, and always smiling. She’s a biology bachelor’s student who is usually busy with university courses and speaks German. In the evenings, she enjoys cooking and in her free time, she likes drawing and creating digital art.
I’m Moji, 28 years old, and doing my PhD at Uniklinik. I work in the university every day and study languages in the early mornings. I’m passionate about sports, particularly road cycling, hiking, bouldering, and gym workouts. My ideal flatmate would be someone interested in joining me for these activities, though there’s no pressure at all to join! I have a helpful personality and enjoy cooking and watching movies in the evenings. While I used to cook together often with previous flatmates, I now follow a strict food plan for my gym routine. I also enjoy walking around Moosweiher Lake regularly.
We value respect, kindness and peace in our home. We share the cleaning of the kitchen, bathroom, and garbage, following a set schedule to keep things organized.
We’re looking for someone with a friendly, considerate personality who enjoys a calm, peaceful environment and is willing to follow the cleaning schedule. We usually chat about our day in the kitchen at night, and although my English isn’t perfect, I’m open and enjoy spending time together doing activities like games, movies, and so on. Sometimes, we have barbecues in the garden and invite friends over, or walk around Moosweiher Lake. There’s no obligation to join in, and we respect each other’s privacy.
One important thing to note: since our rooms (yours and mine (Moji)) are next to each other, the walls are thin, and noise can be easily heard. During the day, I’m usually busy or not at home, so I’m not sensitive to noise, but after 10 pm, I tend to sleep and would appreciate it if you could keep things quiet at night.
