The Wg is divided into two floors: on the ground floor are the kitchen (fully equipped with Kitchen Aid, Sodastream,Mixer...), the bathroom and the light-flooded living room. Since the apartment was refurbished in 2019, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with a large fridge+ icebox, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer! On the first floor the two WG rooms go to the sides. There is also a separate basement that acts as a storage space. The free room has a roof slope, a large window and carpeting. It is also equipped with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a white Ikea shelf.

Die WG liegt mit dem Fahrrad keine 2 Minuten vom schönen Seepark entfernt. Der eigene (kleine) Gartenbereich bietet außerdem die Möglichkeit sich im Grünen zu entspannen.
In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten, wobei eine praktische Straßenbahnanbindung fußläufig in 5 Min. zu erreichen ist. Ein Edeka, Lidl und Norma sind mit dem Fahrrad in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Generell ist die Umgebung sehr familiär und ruhig und es leben viele ältere Menschen und Familien in der Nachbarschaft.

Hello future cohabitation,
You will live with the dear Katrin, as I (Melina) will travel for 6 months. Katrin and I have been together for 7 months now and understand us very well. We like to spend time with each other, be it simply chatting together in the kitchen or living room, drinking coffee or taking a relaxing walk. But since everyone needs his rest, you don't blame the other person if you need time.
Katrin is currently in her further education on physiotherapy. In her spare time she likes sports, meets with friends or cooks delicious :)
It is important that we have a comfortable atmosphere, like to do something together, cook or sit comfortably together, but everyone has their free space.
Since everyone likes to be clean and tidy, we would be happy if this would work without a cleaning plan.
Since the apartment is in a family environment, parties are not the rule.
Katrin is looking forward to a relaxed stay where both feel comfortable.
