The room is 18 sqm and is currently inhabited by me. I spontaneously found a great apartment and move around. To avoid paying double rent, I offer my room for rent. After agreement, it can be rented for 1, 2 or 3 months. There is also the possibility to take over the room in the long term, but this is not a must.

The room is south facing and gets a lot of sun during the day. It is furnished for the time of the intermediate rental with a shelf, a wardrobe, a 1.40 m wide bed, a bedside table, a desk and a chair.

We have a total of two bathrooms, each with toilet and shower/bath, which is very convenient for five people. We also have two balconies: a large one where we spend a lot of time together, and a smaller one where you can enjoy the sunset wonderfully.

By bike you need approx. 10 minutes to the city, and for the convenienceers there is a stop right around the corner (Elsässer Straße). The next Lidl is located directly in the house, so shopping is very easy.

And the best thing: in just 5 minutes by bike you reach the lake park and in about 10 minutes the Moosweiher, the Dietenbachsee or the Dreisam

We all understand each other very well and living together feels like a family (the good side, not the stupid relationship). We support each other in bad times, talk and silence together and like to drink one or three liquors.

We often meet in the kitchen by chance, try to make a WG trip in the summer with Wildcamping or a holiday home in the Vosges. There are phases in which everyone does their own thing.

We are happy to be out and active: cycling, hiking, climbing or an afternoon at the lake are among our favorite activities. Cooking is also a big topic with us, be it vegan, vegetarian or with meat – everything is possible (of course not in the same pan at the same time!).

We buy environmentally conscious, but also live directly above a lid selling very tasty and inexpensive hummus;)

Here is a brief presentation of the future four roommates:

Max (30) works as an IT project manager and makes a professional MBA.
He can be found in the blockhouse or the DAV hall as a compensation to the everyday office. In the summer also like on the longboard, at the spike or performed rather badly than on a beach volleyball field. Otherwise he often bakes bread for the whole WG and is happy to cook. Guilty pleasure, however, is the much too good bread with the piquant humus from Lidl in the EC:)

Tami (27) likes to dance, makes music, goes out, likes to take all kinds of outdoor activities, cooks and bakes a lot every week and tries to save the world next to the job ... I think you understood that she is very active and always motivated to share something!

Waleed (29), computer science student, enchants a delicious eggplant cream, drives skateboard and mountain bike, likes to go to the gym, works next to a medical company and immerses in digital worlds during the day or at night.

Lisa (24), our intermediate renter, loves boulders, climbing and outdoor activities. It is handcrafted and usually cooks vegan.
