You're at least 38 years old? You love dogs? You don't smoke!? You're interested in a community life in WG? You love garden (and the related work...), you like to get up early this weekend and know what you want? Then please read on...
In our house-WG is a 20sqm roof room free (consisting of two rooms with 10sqm each, each with door to the hallway, both connected with a passageway) for which we are looking for a roommate between 38 and 50 years old. In the attic there is also another room of a roommate and her two dogs, a bathroom with tub, a separate toilet, a tea kitchen and much more space.
On the ground floor of the house are for all in the house a large kitchen and a cozy living room with fireplace and direct access to the 3000sqm large garden (with lots of fruit trees, barbecue/out kitchen on the covered terrace, garden house, house workshop etc.). In total there are 2 kitchens/1 tea-kitchen/3 baths/3 WCs and many rooms.
We are professional, partly self-employed with workshop in the house, but of which nothing can be heard in the attic.
With us several dogs live, sometimes loud and always funny, who like to be entertained (Pflichten but no!)
Bar is approx. 20km northwest of Freiburg, with direct motorway connection, and the railway station is almost in front of the front door (1 minute walk away). To Freiburg, trains are usually half-hour...
There is approx. 1.5km away in the town centre of Riegel (2 bakeries, butchery, net, DM, pharmacy, stationery with post agency, Sparkasse, Di + Fr Markt), or in the neighboring village of Malterdingen.
The chicken in the map is wrong! The house is located in the forest settlement in Riegel, about 100m from the railway station...
We are NO Purpose WG, Cook/Green/Enjoy together (even with meat/fish, but also without), like salad/ vegetables/fruit/herbs from their own garden, prefer milk products and eggs of happy animals, live together with the dogs that move in the whole house and garden, we sometimes look at a bit of the more humor, are active in the garden (flower plants
We are not ecos or hippies, but separate waste and save resources, we are not spiritual, we like to live with artisanal actions (in the warm season in the garden/garden house, in winter in rooms in the house), a WG-Plenum does not exist here either, and we see ourselves as a stinky WG of professionals who simply like to share a household, live at home and feel comfortable looking for themselves without constantly on
This is also a bit humorous, but should be called, as this has to be done with "wavelength"...
We are looking for a roommate who wants to live with dogs and who likes to be conscious of wanting to live in the country for a longer term, and how we value a communicative community, a well-organized everyday life and a clean, pleasant environment.
