Furnished room in one-family house, only at commuters Möbliertes Zimmer in Einfamilienhaus, nur an Pendler

We, 3 women, 25, 40 and 64 years young live three in an ecological wooden house!
We are looking forward to another roommate! And have the following to offer:
A room, which is 16 square meters in size, fully furnished, has a parquet floor and is equipped with 1 window to the east. It's on the first floor of a low-energy house. The clay walls provide a good climate in the beautiful bright room, as well as the whole house. A ventilation system provides for always fresh air and the ventilation with open window is unnecessary and energy-ineffective. The system practically replaces the ventilation with the window to keep the heat in the house energitically.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, which we partly use together.
There is a private bathroom for the tenants.

At the moment I only rent the room to a commuter in the long term! The condition is a second residence in Freiburg,
The person should have regular periods of the week during which he or she is resident.

We are a mixed household vaccinated, not vaccinated and appreciate this diversity.

A WOMAN is welcome, which means living in an ecological house. It should be open and willing to follow the need for specific handling that requires a low-energy house. This mainly concerns the ventilation, heating and use of solar power.
The location is quiet in a small settlement of single-family houses.
We're a house community. It's a loose, interested, warm, open contact we live here. Everyone is busy with their daily lives and yet the roommates are attentive to each other.
This positive basic mood is worth a lot to us. Everyone helps. So it's not an anonymous living without social responsibility.
In order to deepen and maintain this positive attitude, we meet about 1x a month for a common evening at tea or small food.
We maintain the common area in exchange for a binding plan.

In the house is still a lovely roommate, a cat. One should therefore like animals and be very open to them.

The house is 4km to the center. The bus stop is 2min away and the tram 5min. By bike you can drive the way to the city in 15min on bike paths.

Wir freuen uns über eine weitere Mitbewohnerin! Und haben folgendes zu bieten:
Ein Zimmer, welches 16 qm3 groß ist, voll möbliert, einen Parkettboden hat und es ist mit 1Fenster nach Osten ausgestattet. Es ist im ersten Stockwerk eines Niedrigenergiehauses. Die Lehmwände sorgen für ein gutes Klima in dem schön hellen Zimmer, sowie dem ganzen Haus. Ein Lüftungssystem sorgt für immer frische Luft und das Lüften mit geöffnetem Fenster ist überflüssig und energetisch uneffektiv. Praktisch ersetzt die Anlage das Lüften mit dem Fenster, um energetisch die Wärme im Haus zu halten.
Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich eine Küche, die wir teilweise gemeinsam nutzen.
Es gibt ein eigenes Bad für die Mieter.
Waschmaschinennutzung nach Absprache
Momentan vermiete ich das Zimmer langfristig nur an eine Pendler/in! Voraussetzung ist ein 2. Wohnsitz in Freiburg,
Die Person sollte regelmäßige Phasen in der Woche haben, während denen sie in ihrem ersten Wohnsitz weilt.

Wir sind ein gemischter Haushalt geimpft, nicht geimpft und schätzen diese Vielfalt.

Eine FRAU ist herzlich willkommen, der es etwas bedeutet, in einem ökologischen Haus zu wohnen. Sie sollte die Offenheit und Bereitschaft haben, sich nach der notwendigen, spezifischen Handhabung, die ein Niedrigenergiehaus erfordert, zu richten. Das betrifft vor allem das Lüften, heizen und das Benutzen von Solarstrom.
Die Lage ist ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung von Einfamilienhäusern.
Wir sind eine Hausgemeinschaft. Es ist ein lockerer, interessierter, herzlicher, offener Kontakt, den wir hier leben. Jeder ist mit seinem Alltag beschäftigt und doch sind die Mitbewohner aufmerksam aufeinander.
Diese positive Grundstimmung ist uns sehr viel wert. Jeder trägt dazu bei. Es ist also kein anonymes Wohnen ohne soziale Verantwortung.
Um diese positive Grundhaltung zu vertiefen und zu pflegen, treffen wir uns ca 1x im Monat zu einem gemeinsamen Abend bei Tee oder kleinem Essen.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Fläche pflegen wir im Wechsel nach einem verbindlichen Plan.

Im Haus lebt noch eine liebenswerte Mitbewohnerin, eine Katze. Man sollte somit Tiere mögen und herzlich offen sein für sie.

Das Haus ist 4km zum Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2min entfernt und die Straßenbahn 5min. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man den Weg in die Stadt wunderbar in 15min auf Radwegen fahren.
