Guest room in 3 rooms apartment, price VHB - if you are only there under the week, you pay accordingly less. Overall, the apartment costs me just under 1300 euros a month, if you are here in full time, I find it natural that you pay about half (600 euros).

Mo-Fr 450 Euro, Mo-Mi (or so similar): 300 Euro. I live in the apartment myself. It would be important for me to announce when you are here and when not. The rent is paid in advance. If spontaneous changes are the rule, I do not get clear ^-^

It's all there, you just need to bring a suitcase and clothes. You don't have to be here all the time - it's just the period in which the room is free.

ATTENTION:
At Easter Do 17.04 to Mo 21.04. I have a family visit - you have to go somewhere else.

I offer self-employed, adult people a possibility of furnished accommodation to stay overnight when my roommate is in her home in the lecture-free time - and her room is empty.

It is also not complete here in the lecture period - if you need a room for overnight stay from time to time in 2025, we find a solution here:) The next lecture-free interval is e.g. 25.07. to 13.10.2025

Almost in the middle of the city (you can hear the road, the neighbors, just sounds). No 10 min walk to the main station and only 2 min to the Martinstor and almost every StraBa. The connection is unbeatable. At university you can sleepwalk, the clinics are mega close - yes, there is also an old guest bike you can use.

I myself only know about the nightly "loud strength" because occasionally noise-sensitive people stay here... I can be placed at Frankfurt Airport on the rolling field.... I hear nix when I sleep :)

Since I'm working and have a horse, I need to refuel my apartment for energy and come down. So when I come home after 12 hours of work + swinging, I don't want to show you every evening on a pub tour and Freiburg, sorry :) My alarm clock rings around 05:50.
I might like to watch an English film in Friedrichsbau with you.

If you can imagine living together for a while with a humorous to miserable, sometimes stressed series+books addictive mid-40-year-old with boring hobbies such as yoga and jogging (...so mediocratic, but always striving)

Friendly fast-zweck-WG with a nasty family character...

Some exemplary rules:
No frying dishes with garlic in the early morning.
No "sweet" foods (which are already moldy) in the refrigerator.
Hair sieve after showering please clean, remove toothpaste bead.
Pampered etc. becomes in own room, because there is only one bathroom.
Absolutely NO guests! Not at all overnight.
If you have a long distance relationship in another country/time zone and often want to call and flirt with your treasure at night... please let us talk about it before:)
If you want a bussi: fork to fork, spoon to spoon, cups side by side - dishwasher Harmony <3

I always like to hear creative and humorous arguments against these rules :)

Please write in your text what movie "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" comes from, and whether you have ever seen or not. I don't think anyone who says that.

Alternatively, you can write about the crazyest peculiars of lost roommates - I think there are many good stories. Don't misunderstand: I've always only lived in WGs and I love it - you always learn something about it. Living together is an enrichment! Too much alone promotes strange habits. In the end, chemistry and humor have to vote, otherwise it doesn't work, no matter how hard it is.
