Almost in the middle of the city (you hear the street, neighbors, sounds!).
There is no 10 min walk to the main station, 2 min to the Martinstor and the city centre and almost every StraBa.
The connection is unbeatable. At university you can sleepwalk, the clinics are mega close - yes, there is also an old guest bike that you can use, but it is a bit of a swing.

Fast mitten in der Stadt (da hört man die Straße, die Nachbarn, Geräusche!).
Dafür zu Fuß keine 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 min zum Martinstor und in die Innenstadt und zu fast jeder StraBa.
Die Anbindung ist unschlagbar. Zur Uni kannst du schlafwandeln, die Kliniken sind mega nah - ah ja, es gibt auch ein altes Gästefahrrad, das du benutzen kannst, es ist aber ein bissel klapprig.

Since I'm working and have a horse, I need to refuel my apartment for energy and come down. When I come home after 12 hours of work + commuting, I don't want to show you every evening on a pub tour and Freiburg, sorry :) My alarm clock rings around 05:50.

I like to watch an English film with you. Or a docu on arte.
And we can take a weekend trip to the Black Forest by car.
I can show you jogging routes when we have time for it. And if you like, you can join online yoga in the evening.

I myself am at the beginning of 40, WG-experienced, come from the area and love Freiburg.

Da ich berufstätig bin und ein Pferd habe, brauche ich meine Wohnung auch zum Energie auftanken und runter kommen. Wenn ich nach 12 Stunden Arbeiten + Pendeln nach Hause komme, habe ich nicht jeden Abend Lust auf eine Kneipen Tour und dir Freiburg zu zeigen, sorry :) Mein Wecker klingelt um 05:50.

Einen englischen Kinofilm schau ich mir aber gern noch mit dir an. Oder eine Doku auf arte.
Und wir können gern mit meinem Auto am Wochenende mal einen Ausflug in den Schwarzwald machen.
Jogging Routen kann ich dir zeigen, wenn wir Zeit dafür haben. Und wenn du magst, kannst du am Abend Online Yoga mitmachen.

Ich selber bin Anfang 40, WG-erfahren, stamme aus der Gegend und liebe Freiburg.

Some exemplary house rules, to which we both adhere, which have proven themselves:
250 Euro deposit for the key.
Morning routine should be acquitted so that no one comes too late to work or feels stressed.
You leave everything as you find it and make life comfortable with it.
Please no frying dishes with garlic in the early morning.
No "sweet" foods (which are already moldy) in the refrigerator.
Hair sieve after showering please clean, remove toothpaste-slope, in the bathroom I like to clean.
Pampered/eingecremt etc. becomes in own room, because there is only one bathroom.
Absolutely NO guests! Not at all overnight.
Visit is discussed before.

For me, living together is always an enrichment!
Somehow, basic attitude, chemistry and humour must be correct, otherwise it doesn't work, no matter how hard you try.

Einige beispielhafte Hausregeln, an die wir beide uns halten, die sich bewährt haben:
250 Euro Kaution für den Schlüssel.
Morgenroutine sollte abgesprochen werden, damit niemand zu spät zur Arbeit kommt oder sich gestresst fühlt.
Man hinterlässt alles so, wie man es vorfindet und macht sich das Leben damit angenehm.
Bitte keine Bratpfannen Gerichte mit Knoblauch am frühen morgen.
Keine "geretteten" Lebensmittel (die schon schimmeln) im Kühlschrank.
Haarsieb nach dem Duschen bitte sauber machen, Zahnpasta-Schlonz entfernen, im Bad hab ichs gern sauber.
Geföhnt/eingecremt etc. wird sich im eigenen Zimmer, denn es gibt nur ein Bad.
Absolut KEINE unangemeldeten Gäste! Schon gar nicht über Nacht.
Über Besuch wird vorher gesprochen.

Für mich ist Zusammenleben immer eine Bereicherung!
Irgendwie müssen Grundeinstellung, Chemie und Humor aber stimmen, sonst funktioniert es nicht, egal wie sehr man sich antstrengt.
