Die 3er WG ist klein aber fein, weswegen es wichtig ist, dass mensch sich versteht. Sie hat aber das Potenzial geliebt zu werden. :-) Sie ist Teil einer Art Hausgemeinschaft, in der gerne zusammen abgehangen wird, allerdings alle 3 WGs (insgesamt 11 Menschen) für sich Entscheidungen treffen.
Straßenbahn am Schwabentor und Holzmarkt/Johanneskirche; Aldi in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und Café Ruef und Ruefetto/Atlantik/Rewe/Alnatura/DM/diverse Apotheken eine solide Pizzeria und zwei Kioske sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Wiehrebahnhof ist nicht weit. Die Dreisam fließt neben der B31 direkt vor der Tür, macht spontanes Abkühlen an heißen Sommertagen möglich. Das Zimmer liegt an der ruhigen Seite, d.h. mensch kann ihr*sein Fenster auch nachts offen lassen.
Wir sind Svenja (26) und Tom (30) suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere kleine, super gemütliche WG. Tom ist ein spontaner und unkomplizierter Mensch, der einen leichten Putzfimmel hat. Er ist meistens für ein Gespräch bereit und hat gerade mit seiner 80%Stelle angefangen. Svenja ist eine politisch interessierte und engagierte Person, die gerne diskutiert aber lange nicht so ernst wie das klingen mag. ;)
Wir wünschen uns eine selbständige Person, die Eigeninitiative mitbringt, wenn es ums Putzen, Gestalten und um gemeinschaftlichen Kram geht. Da die Wohnung klein ist, sieht es schnell dreckig aus, sie ist aber auch schnell aufgeräumt. Schön wäre es, wenn die Türen öfter offen als geschlossen sind, das heißt aber nicht, dass alles zusammen gemacht werden muss. Außerdem wird Paula (Toms Freundin) öfter zu Besuch sein, da sie derzeit arbeitsbedingt keinen festen Wohnsitz hat und bereits ein Teil der WG geworden ist.

Svenja und Tom
