The apartment is located on the ground floor of a high-rise building in Stühlinger and offers three spacious rooms, two of which have access to a shared balcony. In addition, it has a spacious kitchen that offers enough space for common cooking evenings and cozy meetings. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove and dishwasher. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In the basement there is a bicycle storage room and a personal basement compartment. The apartment is a bit bright.
The available room has a size of about 15 m2 and is rented furnished. With a balcony.

The apartment is very central. The nearest tram stop (Rathaus im Stühlinger) is a 5-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached by bike in about 7 minutes and by train from the front door in about 15 minutes. Supermarket, pharmacy and everything else for daily use are close.
The Eschholzpark and the Dreisam are also only a stone's throw away.

We're Mara and Franzi. I (Mara) am 24 years old and study childhood education at PH Freiburg in the fourth semester. In my spare time I am often on the football field, at other sports activities or in nature. Franzi is 21 years old and studies midwife science, she is a very open and blessed person, with an enthusiasm for movies, history, between many other things, otherwise you also like to do something in the sun, drink a coffee or jogging.
Our WG life is relaxed and uncomplicated. In the evening we often meet spontaneously in the kitchen to discuss the day or cook together. Occasionally we also make excursions, such as hiking. We value consideration and prefer to celebrate outside the apartment. Cleanliness and respectful coexistence are very important to us. It would be ideal if you were also a student.
