Liebe WG-/Wohnungssuchende,
da ich endlich mit meinem Studium fertig bin und jetzt beruflich nach Hamburg ziehe, wird voraussichtlich ab dem 1. März meine schöne, renovierte Wohnung im Herzen Freiburgs frei, die eine/n nette/n Nachfolger*in sucht – vielleicht ja dich! 😊
Die Wohnung besteht aus dem Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und einem Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer, einer voll eingerichteten Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd und Spülmaschine; Geschirr und ein Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen sind auch vorhanden. Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, WC & einem geräumigen Spiegelschrank. In den Zimmern ist ein heller Laminatboden verlegt. Alle Fenster sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet, sodass es im Sommer schön kühl bleibt. Schreibtisch & Bürostuhl, Bett, Sofa, Kommode und zwei große Kleiderschränke gibt es auch – du könntest also ohne Weiteres direkt einziehen!
The apartment is directly adjacent to Freiburg Main Station. From the trains you can hear as well as nothing when windows are closed and because the bedroom is on the other side, where you look at a beautiful, large garden, that is no topic anyway!
Especially for commuters the location is ideal! If you leave the house, you do not need two minutes to all trains, to the Freiburg tram (lines 1, 2, 3 and 4) or to the bus station (ZOB).
All possible shopping (supermarkets; DM, Alnatura, bakeries, butchers, savings banks, post office, banks etc...) as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes are just a stone's throw away (3-5 min walk!). The city centre of Freiburg (e.g. for shopping) can be reached with the StraBa in 4 min or just take a walk through the railway road.
And also the tribulation, where you can jog super or make a small bike tour towards Black Forest, is also no 5 minutes away!
Since I don't live in Freiburg anymore and I'm with my parents only a few times a year in Freiburg, you have the apartment practically for you! The rental contract refers to the large bedroom with garden view with shared use of living room, bathroom & kitchen. Of course, the landlord, a nice, older lady, is in agreement with the sublet.
Wi-Fi & cable TV is also available. Pets are not allowed.
The monthly rent with fitted kitchen is 580 € plus 60 € additional cost prepayment and 180 € for the furniture. There is also electricity, gas, GEZ and garbage. All in all, you would have to pay €940 to €980 per month (depending on how much you heat). The consumption-dependent costs (electricity, gas, operating costs, etc.) of course give you an accurate additional cost bill every year.
