Hello dear people!
At 01.02.2025 a nice furnished room for rent is available in our 3er-WG, with the possibility to take over this from May 2025.
The apartment
Our apartment is located in the 1st floor of an old building (without elevator) in Stühlinger. The apartment has a cozy living room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher and (the highlight of the WG) a huge roof terrace. There is also a closed storage room and a laundry room in the basement.
Your potential room is 17 square meters tall and very bright, especially in the afternoon. You'd take it furnished. From May 2025, Andrea would take her furniture, so you would need your own.
The apartment is located in a quiet street, 1 minute walk to the tram stop Eschholztraße and a few minutes walk to several shopping facilities.
The rent is 845€ (exclusive internet, electricity, radio fees and garbage). We divide the total rental according to room size.
WG life
Andrea (27 years) leaves the WG and Freiburg with a heavy heart. She's a doctor and has worked at the university clinic so far. From the beginning of the year she takes a small break and travels for a while before she finally moves to Basel from May as she enters a new place.
Maitane (32) is a physicist and currently holds a PhD at the Fraunhofer Institute in the field of solar energy. She spends a lot of time with friends on the go, boulders and likes to do yoga. She is also a real cuddly mouse and enjoys a cozy movie night at home.
Carla (30) is also a doctor and loves art, especially dance and photography. She likes to spend her time reading and walking, loves cozy cafes (stem guest in the Salzcafé) and also likes to do yoga so that common yoga lessons on the terrace always occur.
We are looking for a roommate with pleasure for everyday life. We often cook together and spend time with each other, e.g. in the living room during a play or movie evening or (in summer) on our beautiful terrace. Overall, we are a loose WG and look forward to someone who also appreciates peace and relaxation.
