I rent the second room of a 2.5 room apartment. The room is south, has its own access to the balcony with two doors. It is about 15 square meters, has parquet, another window. It is rented unfurnished.
The house is from 2013 and very well isolated. There is a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, some storage room and a pull-out table with chairs.
In front of the kitchen is a small area that invites you to stay, there will be a sofa.
The photos of the apartment show the furniture of the pre-rents, it is refurbished.
However, from furniture in your room there is no room left for more pieces of furniture.
There's a basement compartment in which a few boxes fit.
The house is located between Herdern and the Stühlinger directly next to the Institute's quarter. It takes about 3-5min to Freiburg Central Station by bike.
The house is in a dead end at the end of a short road. In front of the house are rails, but only the regional train goes to Breisach. However, the room is not directly in the direction of the tracks.
All important is nearby: tram stop, hospital, supermarket, train station, cemetery for walking
I'm moving into the apartment in mid-January. There were acquaintances living there. I will buy the dishwasher and the furniture of the kitchen. Overall, I will cost 400€, which I would like to share with you for a working and beautiful kitchen.
I refer to my first own WG that I can design according to my requirements and ideas.
I want to live with a woman who is also 30+ old and who likes a beautiful home.
I'm moving in with my dog, Jassu, he's 4 years old and a mixed man of any Greek hunting dogs.
He loves the sun, string units and is otherwise not to be noticed. You should enjoy living with a dog and if you like to have walks or sits, if desired.

I have already lived in Freiburg for about 8 years, studied at the High School and come back to Freiburg after the Referendariat. Where I'm going to work isn't fixed yet, but I don't want to go to classical school. I make a training for the school subject Glück over several weekends distributed in Freiburg.
