The WG is located in Kenzingen, not directly in Freiburg. The train goes to Freiburg every 30 minutes and takes about 20-30 minutes to the main station (depending on how the DB is on). From the WG to the station in Kenzingen, there are about 12 minutes walk (10 if you are on the go, 14 if you are going to relax). The last train from Freiburg to Kenzingen leaves at 0:10 a.m., if you like to celebrate, you need an overnight stay or have to go through to the first train by morning;)
Shops are within walking distance: Rewe in less than 10 minutes, Edeka, Aldi and DM in about 15 minutes.
Also gives a parcel shop, ATMs etc, quasi big city equipment but in nem village.

Die WG liegt in Kenzingen, also nicht direkt in Freiburg. Der Zug fährt ca. alle 30 Minuten nach Freiburg und braucht ca 20-30 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (je nachdem wie die DB so drauf ist). Von der WG bis zum Bahnhof in Kenzingen sind es ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß (10 wenn man flott unterwegs ist, 14 wenn man eher entspannt läuft). Der letzte Zug von Freiburg nach Kenzingen fährt um 0:10 Uhr, wenn du also gerne mal feiern gehst brauchst du eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit oder musst bis morgens zum ersten Zug durchziehen;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen: Rewe in unter 10 Minuten, Edeka, Aldi und DM in ungefähr 15 Minuten.
Gibt auch ein Paketshop, Geldautomaten etc, quasi Großstadtausstattung aber in nem Dorf.

The WG life is quite relaxed, there are rarely fixed WG evenings, since everyone always has relatively much to do, but in the evening they usually meet in the kitchen. If you're looking for a company, you'll always find someone to talk. Overall, in the WG a mindful handling is desired, the house is quite brightly listening, so it is of course to take into consideration in exams or the like and to be a little quieter, but in normal case it does not bother anyone if you want to turn the music louder.

Das WG-Leben ist recht entspannt, es gibt selten feste WG Abende, da jeder immer relativ viel zu tun hat, aber Abends begegnet man sich meist in der Küche. Wenn man gerade Lust auf Gesellschaft hat findet sich auch eigentlich immer irgendjemand zum reden. Insgesamt ist in der WG ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang erwünscht, das Haus ist recht hellhörig, es ist also selbstverständlich bei Prüfungen o. Ä. Rücksicht zu nehmen und bisschen leiser zu sein, aber im Normalfall stört es niemanden wenn du auch mal die Musik lauter drehen möchtest.

The WG room will be rented until 30.09.25, then the landlord decides whether the rental ratio will be extended. We have a constant contact with the landlord, which is why German is absolutely necessary as a language (no internationals sorry :()
We have the luxury of a rather large garden, which is also equipped with garden furniture, which is very nice in the summer to come down (which we need to maintain accordingly). To the house it must be said that it is a rather old house, which therefore has its peculiarities and must be maintained accordingly.

To the roommates:
Josefine (18) : Josefine often arrives in the evening where she eats and sleeps completely prematurely in order to get back too early the next day to continue her federal volunteer service. She's a pretty discreet but very dear roommate.
Chantal (26) : Chantal studies dentistry and is therefore usually the best to learn, but likes to chat in the kitchen with one. For the sake of this, it is also the office of order of the kitchen, which will benefit us.
Manuel (28) : Is finished with his studies and is therefore usually on the move and responsive in the house, which is quite practical because he is the master of the house (he is practically concerned with special matters of the house). You can also have very nice conversations with him that also like to become deeper. He collects XXL yoghurt cups.
Tamara (25) : Tamara is also finished studying and works here somewhere near a dental practice. You can also talk and laugh well with her, sometimes she just stays in the kitchen and laughs with one. She was put on by Manuel's Yoghurt Hobby.
Maxime (20) : Being well disassembled in Mathe-Sport and writing this ad because Fine is also taken apart in Mathe and currently has little time:). Accordingly, he is an incredibly great type, really good-looking, extremely funny and the best society you can imagine. He is also extremely intelligent and sings VERY GUT. You have your interview with him, too.
Fine & Jonah : Take both off, although they both warn cool socks.

Das WG-Zimmer wird erstmal befristet bis zum 30.09.25 vermietet, dann entscheidet die Vermieterin ob das Mietverhältnis verlängert wird. Wir führen einen ständigen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin weshalb Deutsch als Sprache zwingend erforderlich ist (dementsprechend keine Internationals sorry :()
Wir haben den Luxus eines ziemlich großen Gartens, der auch mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, was im Sommer zum runterkommen sehr schön ist (den wir dementsprechend aber halt auch pflegen müssen). Zum Haus muss gesagt werden dass es ein ziemlich altes Haus ist was somit seine Besonderheiten hat und dementsprechend gepflegt werden muss.

Zu den Mitbewohnern:
Josefine (18) : Josefine trifft man oft Abends an wo sie völlig verfrüht zu Abend isst und schlafen geht um am nächsten Tag ebenfalls viel zu früh wieder aufzustehen um ihren Bundesfreiwilligendienst weiter nachzugehen. Sie ist eine ziemlich diskrete aber sehr liebe Mitbewohnerin.
Chantal (26) : Chantal studiert Zahnmedizin und ist da dementsprechend meistens am lernen, quatscht aber gerne in der Küche mit einem. Sie ist so halber auch das Ordnungsamt der Küche, was uns aber zugute kommt.
Manuel (28) : Ist mit seinem Studium fertig und ist dementsprechend im Haus meistens unterwegs und ansprechbar, was ganz praktisch ist weil er hier Hausmeister ist (er kümmert sich quasi um besondere Angelegenheiten des Hauses). Man kann mit ihm ebenfalls ganz nette Gespräche führen die auch gerne mal deeper werden. Er sammelt XXL Yoghurtbecher.
Tamara (25) : Tamara ist ebenfalls mit Studium fertig und arbeitet hier irgendwo in der Nähe in einer Zahnartztpraxis. Man kann auch mit ihr gut reden und lachen, manchmal bleibt sie auch einfach mal in der Küche und labert mit einem. Sie wurde von Manuels Yoghurt Hobby angesteckt.
Maxime (20) : Wird im Mathe-Sport Lehramtstudium gut auseinandergenommen und schreibt diese Anzeige weil Fine ebenfalls in Mathe auseinandergenommen wird und derzeit wenig Zeit hat:). Dementsprechend ist er also ein unglaublich toller Typ, richtig gutaussehend, extrem witzig und die beste Gesellschaft die man sich vorstellen kann. Er ist auch extrem Intelligent und singt SEHR GUT. Mit ihm habt ihr auch euer Vorstellungsgespräch.
Fine & Jonah : Ziehen beide aus, obwohl sie beide auch coole Socken warn.
