The house is located in Vauban, the sustainable district of Freiburg. Compared to the rest of the Republic, there are only one third of cars per inhabitant, but three times so many children. From here it's 10 minutes by bike to the city. In less than 100m distance from the house there is a tram stop, 6 car sharing cars and a large cooperative organic shop with bakery/café. REWE, Alnatura and a pharmacy are also within walking distance. The house is located on a quiet playground without car parking. There are only 5 minutes on foot to the beautiful Schönberg.

Das Haus liegt im Vauban, dem nachhaltig ausgerichteten Stadtteil Freiburgs. Im Vergleich zur restlichen Republik gibt es hier nur ein Drittel der Autos pro Einwohner, aber drei Mal so viele Kinder. Von hier aus sind es gut 10 Minuten mit dem Rad in die Stadt. In weniger als 100m Entfernung vom Haus gibt es eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 6 Car-Sharing-Autos und einen großen genossenschaftlichen Bioladen mit Backwarenverkauf/Café. REWE, Alnatura und eine Apotheke sind ebenfalls in Laufweite. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Spielstraße ohne Autostellplätze. Auf Fußwegen sind es nur 5 Minuten zum schönen Schönberg.

Our community is set up and together with you we will create the WG life. We are all connected to nature. We see ourselves as open and curious to the world, responsive to communication, humorous and respectful and look for a person who fits. We like to cook and eat communal, like games evenings, good conversations and thanks to canvas and beamers also sofa cinema. However, everyone also has retreat rooms and with all desire for community freewill is raised with us. Here we see ourselves as a living house. Visitors are always welcome. It is important to us that needs can be expressed clearly and that conflicts can be carried out openly and respectfully. We are looking forward to people who love good and fair communication (e.g. in the sense of the GfK). It would also be nice if you were interested in a good resource-saving life, which can be well realized here through infrastructure and sharing.
We are:
Gabriele (59, w): I am passionate biologist with two adult children (28 and 26). I enjoy my work with children and young people. I am interested in natural sciences in general, like cycling or walking, and unfortunately much too rare on the water to paddle kayaks or canoes, likes music and have a Faible for Sweden & Swedish.
Katya (54, w) I am an Italian and have been living in Freiburg for a few months. I work there in the university library. In Italy, I worked as a secondary teacher and as a coach. I love nature, forest and hiking. I also like to read passionately. I have two adult children (21 and 24 years old).
Dominik (48, m): I would call myself a more versatile and easy to inspire. I like being in nature. Here I love to hike and enjoy beautiful views. I like to read and play, like sports, I am very interested in personal development and other people, have been playing since the latest improvisation, working as a geographer at a university and are currently completing a training as a conflict coach.
We need order and a good degree of cleanliness to feel good. The house and the garden need regular care. We are therefore looking forward to people who want to participate actively and creatively!

Unsere Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich in Gründung und wir werden mit dir zusammen das WG-Leben gestalten. Naturverbunden sind wir alle. Wir sehen uns als offen und neugierig für die Welt, kommunikationsfreudig, humor- und respektvoll und suchen einen Menschen, der dazu passt. Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinschaftlich, mögen Spieleabende, gute Gespräche und dank Leinwand und Beamer auch mal Sofakino. Jeder hat aber auch Rückzugsräume und bei aller Lust auf Gemeinschaft wird bei uns Freiwilligkeit großgeschrieben. Hierbei sehen wir uns als lebendiges Haus. BesucherInnen sind immer gerne willkommen. Wichtig ist uns, dass Bedürfnisse klar geäußert werden können und Konflikte offen und respektvoll miteinander ausgetragen werden. Wir freuen uns hierbei über Menschen, denen eine gute und faire Kommunikation (z.B. im Sinne der GfK) am Herzen liegt. Es wäre zudem schön, wenn auch du Interesse an einem guten ressourcenschonenden Leben hast, was hier durch Infrastruktur und Sharing gut verwirklicht werden kann.
Wir, das sind:
Gabriele (59, w): Ich bin passionierte Biologin mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern (28 und 26). Viel Freude macht mir meine Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Ich interessiere mich für Naturwissenschaften im Allgemeinen, bin gern mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß unterwegs und leider viel zu selten am Wasser, um Kajaks oder Kanus zu paddeln, mag Musik und habe ein Faible für Schweden & Schwedisch.
Katya (54, w) Ich bin Italienerin und lebe seit ein paar Monaten in Freiburg. Ich arbeite dort in der Universitätsbibliothek. In Italien habe ich als Gymnasiallehrerin und als Coach gearbeitet. Ich liebe die Natur, den Wald und das Wandern. Zudem lese ich leidenschaftlich gerne. Ich habe zwei erwachsene Kinder (21 und 24 Jahre alt).
Dominik (48, m): Ich würde mich als vielseitig interessierter und leicht zu begeisternder Mensch bezeichnen. Ich bin gerne in der Natur. Hier liebe ich es insbesondere zu wandern und schöne Aussichten zu genießen. Ich lese und spiele gerne, treibe gerne Sport, interessiere mich sehr für persönliche Weiterentwicklung und andere Menschen, spiele seit neuestem Improtheater, arbeite als Geograph an einer Hochschule und absolviere derzeit eine Weiterbildung als Konfliktcoach.
Zum Wohlfühlen brauchen wir Ordnung und ein gutes Maß an Sauberkeit. Das Haus und der Garten brauchen regelmäßige Pflege. Wir freuen uns daher auf Menschen, die sich tatkräftig und kreativ beteiligen wollen!

The house is registered as car-free, i.e. living is only possible without own car.
And: We don't want smokers.
We cannot have animals because of allergies lim house. In the garden there are wild bees, dragonflies, mountain molche ..

Das Haus ist als autofrei registriert, d.h. das Wohnen ist nur ohne eigenes Auto möglich.
Und: Wir möchten keine Raucher.
Tiere können wir leider wegen Allergien lim Haus keine haben. Im Garten gibt es dafür Wildbienen, Libellen, Bergmolche ..
