Hello :)
Our WG is looking for a new roommate or new roommate from mid-January.
Your future room is approx. 12sqm and costs warm 492€, divided into 400€ basic rental and 92€ additional costs. These include electricity, gas, garbage charges and the internet. Only the GEZ comes 1/4 annually separately, but we share them. The deposit is 900€.
Your room would be number #4 in the ground plan towards Schwarzwaldstraße, i.e., there is a certain noise level, for that it is in the direction of the sun, which is particularly advantageous in the winter months.
It is rented unfurnished.
The WG is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a large kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine).
In addition to its own rooms, the apartment also offers a common living room (#5), a bathroom, a guest toilet and a large covered balcony towards Dreisam.
The apartment is centrally located near the Schwabentor.
The WG is within 10 minutes walking in the city centre, the nearest tram stop is about 1 minute away. The PH also needs 9 minutes by train, 15 minutes by bike. The threesome flows right behind the house, which is definitely a big plus in the summer :)
The ZO, which is located 2 stops by train or an Edeka, is a road further from the apartment.
You would share the WG with Luisa (25), Hannah (25) and Celina (24).
Luisa studies dentistry in the first semester, plays hockey, has a preference for Asian cuisine and is often and happy to travel with friends.
Hannah studies psychology in the master, often goes to the gym, likes to travel and loves coffee.
Celina studies in the Bachelor's Primary School, goes to the gym, likes cooking and is passionate football fan.
We are definitely not a purpose-Wg: If it allows the time, we like to watch all together Trash TV on our beamer or do something together. We all have a friendly relationship with each other, time alone is also important, especially in stressful university phases.
Since our roommate Julia will move out in mid-January, we need a rental agent who can also take over the rent from there. This means that the room is officially available from 16.01. and should be taken over from there. When you want to move in, of course, you are left!:)
Julia would also like to have $50 for all WG purchases that we have received over the past few years.
