The house (beautiful old building around 1900) is quietly located close to the Sternwald, in the beautiful district of Wiehre. The Schlossberg and the Dreisam are also within walking distance. There is a good transport connection to the tram (line 1, stop Brauerei Ganter) or to the regional train (station Wiehre). By bike you need a good 5 minutes to get to downtown. Good shopping and cafes/restaurants are nearby. On Wednesday afternoon there is a very nice, colorful weekly market at the Alte Wiehre-Bahnhof.

Das Haus (schöner Altbau um 1900) ist ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Sternwald gelegen, im wunderschönen Stadtteil Wiehre. Der Schloßberg und die Dreisam sind ebenfalls fußläufig entfernt. Eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zur Straßenbahn (Linie 1, Haltestelle Brauerei Ganter) oder zum Regionalzug (Bahnhof Wiehre) ist gegeben. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man gute 5 Minuten, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Cafés/Restaurants befinden sich im nahen Umkreis. Am Mittwochnachmittag gibt es einen sehr schönen, bunten Wochenmarkt am Alten Wiehre-Bahnhof.

My offer is not a classic WG, I rent a room within my apartment similar to the style of "Airbnb" but with a fixed tenant and a fixed monthly rental. I do not live an intensive life of the WG, but I often lack the time, but I am open to spontaneous chats in the kitchen. In the warm season, you can enjoy the night off on the beautiful large balcony. At home, I have a friend to visit, but do not celebrate wild parties;). I'd rather do yoga, read or walk in the nearby star forest.

Es handelt sich bei meinem Angebot nicht um eine klassische WG, ich vermiete ähnlich im Stil von "Airbnb" ein Zimmer innerhalb meiner Wohnung unter, jedoch mit fester Mieterin und einer fixen Monatsmiete. Ich führe kein intensives WG-Leben, dafür fehlt mir oft die Zeit, bin aber offen für spontane Plauderrunden in der Küche. In der warmen Jahreszeit genießt man den Feierabend dann auf dem wunderschönen großen Balkon. Bei mir zuhause geht es ruhig zu, ich hab ab und zu mal eine Freundin zu Besuch, feiere aber keine wilden Parties ;). Lieber mache ich Yoga, lese oder gehe im nahe gelegenen Sternwald spazieren.

I rent to a commuter who has to do regularly in Freiburg under the week (approx. 3 days/week) and on weekends go home to the family, partner or the like... I would use the room on the other days, for example for my yoga or the (more rare) accommodation of friends on weekends. For this I keep the room as well as the rest of the apartment clean and make the bed linen available - a guest room just (without breakfast etc.).
I would like to understand that I only respond to requests from commuters for which the above conditions fit and which really only need a room for a few days under the week. I know that it can be frustrating to find a stay in Freiburg and understand that you can still get to an attempt... but the apartment is not optimal "full-time"-WG-suited and not a student-WG.

Ich vermiete an eine Pendlerin, die unter der Woche regelmäßig beruflich in Freiburg zu tun hat (ca. 3 Tage/Woche) und am Wochenende nach Hause zur Familie, zum Partner o. ä. fährt... Das Zimmer würde ich an den übrigen Tagen ggf. selbst nutzen, z. B. für mein Yoga oder die (eher seltene) Unterbringung von Freunden am Wochenende. Dafür halte ich das Zimmer als auch den Rest der Wohnung sauber und stelle die Bettwäsche zur Verfügung - ein Gästezimmer eben (ohne Frühstück etc.).
Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass ich nur Anfragen von Pendlerinnen beantworte, für die die obigen Konditionen passen und die wirklich nur ein Zimmer für ein paar Tage unter der Woche brauchen. Ich weiß, dass es frustrierend sein kann, eine Bleibe in Freiburg zu finden und verstehe, dass man es trotzdem auf einen Versuch ankommen lässt... aber die Wohnung ist nicht optimal "Vollzeit"-WG-geeignet und keine Studenten-WG.
