three of our WG rooms in this large, bright apartment will be free. They are oriented east and have a beautiful morning sun on the balcony (complete darkening by Rollos but possible) and a great sunset in the evening in the common room with views over the district and the beer garden right below us.
The building is a modern passive house and was built only about 5 years ago, is well isolated and has plenty of daylight, a long balcony that all rooms share, 2 bathrooms each with shower and once with bathtub, a large and small communal room, a long hall with wardrobe and an attic. The kitchen has stove, three refrigerators and a sink and a washing machine as well as a large common equipment with kitchenware. In the cellar there is another common washing machine and a possibility to park a bicycle. Parking directly in front of the house is usually available for free. Very close is a great full-grain bakery, a pharmacy, a great café (Biosk) with table tennis, forest and river, the tram station Musikhochschule, the outdoor swimming pool and the shopping center ZO is also just 5 minutes away. All in all, the apartment has a really great location (5-10 min by bike to downtown).
Our WG consists of different old, working people who like to cook together, make music, play table tennis, make games evening or chill, but also appreciate their privacy - so a good mix of nice community and retreat. It is important to us to have a friendly, open relationship and we attach great importance to an intensive level of order and hygiene so that everyone feels comfortable. All rooms are about the same size.

drei unserer WG Zimmer in dieser großen, hellen Wohnung werden frei. Sie sind nach Osten ausgerichtet und haben eine wunderschöne Morgensonne auf dem Balkon (komplette Verdunklung durch Rollos aber möglich) und einen tollen Sonnenuntergang abends im Gemeinschaftsraum mit Blick über den Stadtteil und den Biergarten direkt unter uns.
Das Gebäude ist ein modernes Passiv-Haus und wurde erst vor etwa 5 Jahren gebaut, ist gut isoliert und verfügt über viel Tageslicht, einen langen Balkon, den sich alle Zimmer teilen, 2 Bäder jeweils mit Dusche und einmal mit Badewanne, einen großen und kleinen Gemeinschaftsraum, einen langen Flur mit Garderobe sowie einen Dachboden. Die Küche verfügt über Herd , drei Kühlschränke und eine Spüle und eine Waschmaschine sowie eine große gemeinsame Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien. Im Keller gibt es eine weitere gemeinsame Waschmaschine sowie eine Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad abzustellen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus sind meistens und kostenlos vorhanden. Ganz in der Nähe ist eine tolle Vollkornbäckerei, eine Apotheke, ein tolles Café (Biosk) mit Tischtennisplatten, Wald und Fluss, die Tramstation Musikhochschule, das Freibad und das Einkaufszentrum ZO ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem hat die Wohnung eine wirklich tolle Lage (5-10 min mit dem Rad in die Innenstadt).
Unsre WG besteht aus unterschiedlich alten, berufstätigen Menschen, die gerne mal zusammen kochen, Musik machen, Tischtennis spielen, Spieleabend machen oder chillen, aber auch ihre Privatsphäre schätzen - also eine gute Mischung aus netter Gemeinschaft und Rückzugsort. Uns ist ein freundliches, offenes Miteinander wichtig und wir legen Wert auf ein intensives Maß an Ordnung und Hygiene, damit sich alle wohl fühlen. Alles Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß.
Wir freuen uns über ernsthafte Anfragen, bitte mit einer kurzen Beschreibung zu dir und dann machen wir so bald wie möglich einen Termin zum Kennenlernen aus. Bitte nicht anrufen.
Wichtig:
