((This room is ONLY available for the dates given. However, another roomate is looking for a zwischenmiete from the end of February until the beginning of April. There would be the option accepting the full two months (February and March) and moving to her room halfway through. Her room is larger and also well appointed.))

The room is bright and open. There is a double bed, desk, open wardrobe, window blinds and a handful of plants. A section of the wardrobe will be made clear for your things. We have a small amount of additional space in the main part of the flat. Attention: the room is located on the stairs, seperate from the main flat. You will have a key for the room and for the house door.

Top location. Rewe open till midnight or a small Edeka are both a 6 minute walk away. Trams 1, 2, and 3 are all under 10 minute walk away. Bahnhof by bike in 5 minutes if you are fast, 15 minutes by tram. The beautiful alte wiehre bahnhof with caffee kiste, weekend market, and ping-pong platz is 5 minutes away.

We are a diverse, warm flatshare: Anna is a Sonderpaedagogin currenlty working in a kindergarten, Julian is working in care, Judith is a carpenter, and Daniel who works at a museum in Basel and as a choreographer. Everyone speaks native German and fluent English. Everyone has colourful lives but we make time with each other and there is a friendly and caring atmosphere to our constellation. Spontaneous coffee mornings/breakfasts/evening meals happen fairly frequently. You are welcome to be a part of this or to do your own thing. We are all quite used to welcoming Zwischenmieterinnen in the home and make an effort to make you feel comfortable.

I am away for one month between the dates provided. If you wanted to extend the stay for the two months over February/March and move to Judith's room, we can discuss the cost (her rent is slightly more).

Deposit is 200 euros. No pets and no smoking in the room (this is possible downstairs in front of the house). We ask that you are a mostly tidy and conscientious person, no parties or loud music (your roomates study and work from home sometimes).
