The apartment is located in Zähringen and is therefore just 4 km from the university and the city centre. The train (3 minutes to the stop) takes 15 minutes to the centre, and the bike too. There is a lift and a bicycle cellar in the house. The south-west location and the height (7th floor), together with the unobstructed view, lead to the possibility of seeing fantastic sunsets that we like to admire together in the WG with a delicious drink from the sofa balcony. Aldi, Edeka, DM, doctors, banks, ice cream, bakers, etc. are all great to reach on foot. You can also quickly get to the beautiful forest, for example to the Zähringer Castle.

The apartment is located on the freight line. This means that it is rather not suitable for people with a sense of noise. When the windows are closed, the track is almost not heard.

Die Wohnung liegt in Zähringen und ist somit knapp 4 km von der Uni und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Mit der Bahn (3 min bis zur Haltestelle) braucht man 15 Minuten ins Zentrum, mit dem Rad auch. Es gibt einen Lift und einen Fahrradkeller im Haus. Die Süd-West-Lage und die Höhe (7. Stockwerk), zusammen mit der unverbauten Weitsicht, führen dazu, dass man fantastische Sonnenuntergänge sehen kann, welche wir zusammen in der WG gerne mit einem leckeren Getränk vom Sofa-Balkon aus bewundern. Aldi, Edeka, DM, Ärzte, Banken, Eisdiele, Bäcker etc. sind alle super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man gelangt auch schnell in den schönen Wald, zum Beispiel zur Zähringer Burg.

Die Wohnung liegt an der Güterbahnlinie. Das heißt, dass sie für lärmempfindliche Menschen eher nicht geeignet ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Bahn allerdings so gut wie nicht.

You would live with us, Mischa (he / he, 25) and Lena (she / her, 26), as well as our 5 racing mice Ruro and Moby (in the living room), as well as Kasimir, Asterix and Obelix (in the hallway).
The WG actually also includes Misha's partner Tim (he / he, 25), but he is in the time when the room is free in the foreign semester in Portugal.

Mischa makes Abi on the second course of education and also works as an animal keeper in Basel. He takes care of the room plant jungle and the racing mice with a lot of heart blood, often tries new dishes when cooking and likes to go on smaller and larger adventures in nature.

Lena studies medical education and work in addition to studying in the afternoon care of a school. She also has a green thumb and knit, crochet and sew with passion.

We like to cook together quite spontaneously several times a week (vegetarian) and also like to try out much new ones. In addition, we sometimes play something together, both board games and the Nintendo Switch are high in our course. In general, we have a very community-oriented living together and we like to spend a lot of time together. Of course, you may still like to withdraw and you are not expected to hang 24 / 7.

There is a cleaning plan, where one does one of four (cleaning) works about once a week. We like to clean it up and clean it up, but it doesn't have to be all spotless.

Wohnen würdest du zusammen mit uns, Mischa (er/ihn, 25) und Lena (sie/ihr, 26), sowie unseren 5 Rennmäusen Rumo und Moby (im Wohnzimmer), sowie Kasimir, Asterix und Obelix (Im Flur) .
Zur WG gehört eigentlich auch noch Mischas Partner Tim (er/ihm, 25), aber er ist in der Zeit in der das Zimmer frei ist im Auslandsemester in Portugal.

Mischa macht Abi auf dem zweiten Bildungsweg und arbeitet nebenbei noch als Tierpfleger in Basel. Er kümmert sich mit viel Herzblut um den Zimmerpflanzen-Dschungel und die Rennmäuse, probiert sich beim Kochen öfter mal an neuen Gerichten und geht gerne auf kleinere und größere Abenteuer in der Natur.

Lena studiert Heilpädagogik und Arbeit neben dem Studium in der Nachmittagsbetreuung einer Schule. Zudem hat sie auch einen grünen Daumen und strickt, häkelt und näht mit Leidenschaft.

Wir kochen gerne mehrmals die Woche recht spontan zusammen (vegetarisch) und probieren dabei auch gerne viel neues aus. Außerdem spielen wir gelegentlich etwas zusammen, sowohl Brettspiele als auch die Nintendo Switch sind bei uns hoch im Kurs. Generell haben wir ein sehr gemeinschaftlich orientiertes Zusammenleben und verbringen gerne viel Zeit zusammen. Natürlich darf man sich trotzdem gerne mal zurückziehen und es wird nicht erwartet das man 24/7 aufeinander hängt.

Es gibt einen Putzplan, wo man ca. einmal die Woche eine von vier (Putz-)Arbeiten erledigt. Wir haben es gerne eher aufgeräumt und sauber, es muss aber auch nicht alles makellos sein.
