Thank you for your interest in this room! I have had such a lovely time in this flat and hope you can make yourself at home too :)
This west-side room is 18,9 m2 and located next to another rented room with which there is a shared winter balcony (no worries, there is a separate entrance for access).
While the room is usually darker during the day, there is a nice view of the sunrise and set. A very nice perk is that the temperature remains somewhat steady through the seasons (cool during the summer and warm in winter).
The room will be partially-furnished with a floor lamp, desk, mirror, closet rod, bookshelf and small commode all for 150 EUR :)
Anmeldung is possible.
I am sad to part with this room and the flat but I hope you can make this room your own as you begin or continue your adventures in Freiburg!

Dieses Zimmer auf der Westseite ist 18,9 m2 groß und liegt neben einem anderen gemieteten Zimmer, mit dem es einen gemeinsamen Winterbalkon gibt (keine Sorge, es gibt einen separaten Eingang für den Zugang).
Obwohl das Zimmer tagsüber meist dunkler ist, hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Sonnenauf- und -untergang. Ein sehr schöner Vorteil ist, dass die Temperatur im Laufe der Jahreszeiten einigermaßen konstant bleibt (kühl im Sommer und warm im Winter).
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert mit einer Stehlampe, einem Schreibtisch, einem Spiegel, einer Kleiderstange, einem Bücherregal und einer kleinen Kommode - alles für 150 EUR :)
Anmeldung ist möglich.
Ich habe hier sehr viel Spaß gehabt und bin traurig, mich von diesem Zimmer und der Wohnung trennen zu müssen. Aber ich hoffe, Sie können dieses Zimmer zu Ihrem eigenen machen, wenn Sie Ihre Abenteuer in Freiburg beginnen oder fortsetzen!

This flat is very conveniently location is on Denzlingerstraße, right next to the Reutebachgasse tram stop. There is an Edeka (grocery), DM (pharmacy) and bank within 2 minute walking distance. It is a 15 to 20-minute tram ride to Hauptbahnhof and a 20-min bike ride to downtown. There is also a nice hiking trail nearby!
There is a parking space in front of the building which you can rent out or keep and is included in the price of the apartment.

Diese Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig in der Denzlingerstraße, direkt neben der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Reutebachgasse. In 2 Gehminuten sind ein Edeka, eine DM und eine Bank zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn sind es 15 bis 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen schönen Wanderweg!
Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich ein Parkplatz, den Sie vermieten oder behalten können und der im Wohnungspreis inbegriffen ist.

This flat is shared with two other flatmates, both women. While one flatmate is moving out, the other is staying. The flatmate who remains in a young professional in her mid-20s from India. She is very nice and friendly to live with! So far, we have been working and busy during the day but have often found times for chats over breakfast or dinner :)

Diese Wohnung wird mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnerinnen geteilt, beides Frauen. Während eine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, bleibt die andere. Die verbleibende Mitbewohnerin ist eine junge Berufstätige Mitte 20 aus Indien. Sie ist sehr nett und freundlich im Zusammenleben! Bisher haben wir tagsüber gearbeitet und waren beschäftigt, haben aber oft Zeit für Gespräche beim Frühstück oder Abendessen gefunden :)

There has been a small cleaning schedule but we are very open to arrange flat life is a suitable way and there have not been any problems :)
