Unfortunately, it did not work with the last rental agreement, which is why I have to advertise the room again. The room is about 30 sqm, bright and fully furnished. It has its own small balcony for exclusive use. Instead of the sofa, a bed will be to move in the room. Incl. Smart TV and Netflix subscription, Disney Plus and YouTube Premium. All costs are included in the rent of 550€ (also waste fees, GEZ, cable TV, WLAN etc)

Two tram stops are within walking distance of 3 minutes. Rewe, Edeka and DM are also within 3-4 walking distance. The city centre is only 5 stops away by tram.

It would be nice if it wasn't a pure purpose WG. Both students and professionals are eligible. However, the room is not rented to unemployed or/and citizens' money recipients. The potential roommate must in any case pursue a regulated activity.

All costs are already included in the rental price of 550€. In addition to electricity, heating, water also WiFi, waste fees, cable TV, GEZ fees, Netflix subscription, Disney Plus subscription and YouTube Premium.

The rent is payable at the beginning of the month and the deposit of 1,400€ is due upon signature of the rental contract. Since I work at a house office myself, I know that this procedure is now standard. So far I have not made use of this. But it has happened to me that although the rental contract has been signed, the deposit has not been paid and it has been announced 4 days before the arrival that the room is no longer wanted. Therefore, the deposit is due upon signature of the lease (of course with all data on security).
