Since I (Marta) for half a year, from 14. February until the end of July 2025, make an Erasmus, we are looking for you as an intermediate tenant for the WG room to be released!
A beautiful room awaits you in a 3 WG with views of the garden and garden.
Your roommates are Nico and Lacho, both working. Nico is an apprentice at the university clinic, Lacho is a lecturer and I study biology. Our WG life is a very relaxed one with each other, we like to drink a coffee/tea in the WG kitchen together or make a WG evening, but it's also completely okay if you want to retreat.
The location of the WG is really great, with the public transport you are within a short time in the city (line 3) or at the main station (S2). In walking distance are an Edeka, a DM, a pharmacy, bakery etc.
In addition, the forest is almost at the door and is suitable for walks/ hikes.
The apartment has a bathroom with toilet and shower and another separate toilet. There is also a drying room in the house and an undercarriage for bicycles.
The room is furnished, including a bed, a wardrobe, 2 shelves, a couch and a desk. The rent for the room is 370 €, including additional costs and other costs.
