Hello!
Since I spend an Erasmus semester in Greece from mid-February, I would like to rent my room by the end of June.
The room is about 15 sqm and has two large windows, making it beautifully bright in the room. The room is rented completely furnitured (shoulder, desk, 1.40m bed, shelf, chest of drawers, coat rack).
Otherwise there is a small bathroom in the apartment and a well-equipped, sunny kitchen.
In the basement there is also a washing machine and behind the house is a small garden that we share with the other two WGs. Just in spring you can sit there nicely or even grill.
The 400€ includes all additional costs and fees.
In addition, there may be the possibility to take over my vegetable share from SoLaWi in the period of time if you would like to:)
The location in Zähringen is great: in 10-15 minutes you can use the bike in downtown, the next tram stop (Hornusstraße) is just a few meters away. There are practically two lines, so that you can always get here well with the tram.
In the immediate vicinity is a baker and an alnatura, but in a few minutes by bike you are also at an Edeka, Dm, Aldi or Lidl.
The best: You are super fast in the forest and also a park begins right at the end of the road.
Wer sind wir?
Ich, Julia (25), studiere den Master Geographie und gehe im Sommersemester über Erasmus ins Ausland.
Jule (24), auch Geographie Studentin, geht zur selben Zeit ins Erasmus nach Rumänien, sodass auch ihr Zimmer frei wird (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Freiburg-im-Breisgau-Zaehringen.11032528.html).
Annika (25) studiert soziale Arbeit und zieht voraussichtlich im Frühjahr aus Freiburg weg.
Wir hatten immer ein super schönes WG-Zusammenleben, man trifft sich beim Frühstück in der Küche oder erzählt sich abends vom Tag. Wenn es sich ergibt, schauen wir gerne zusammen Filme oder unternehmen etwas.
Da in den nächsten Monaten also viel Umbruch sein wird, kannst du als Zwischenmieter*in das WG-Leben auf jeden Fall mitgestalten! :)
