In our WG a 12 m2 room, to 01.03.2025, is free!
With us there are 5 rooms, a large kitchen, a fairly spacious hallway, bathroom (and extra toilet), as well as from each room access to one of the two balconies that has one morning sun and the other from the afternoon until sunset. With a great view from the 10th floor you can look from the WG onto the Rosskopf, the city and the Kaiserstuhl. The room is about 12m2 tall, costs 395€ warm and has a view of the Rosskopf (here you have the morning sun (: )
The apartment is located in beautiful Zähringen, here there are everything from bakery, post office, pharmacy and shopping shops to the direct way to the greenery. To the city center you need 10-15 minutes by bike (depending on how cozy you drive bike :D ), who prefers to take the tram, a stop is only 3 minutes walk away.
For jogging and cycling there are many varied routes to Zähringer Burg and Co.
Your potential roommates are Monica, Emily, Laurens and Eva.
Eva has just completed her Ergotherapeuten training and soon starts to work.
Monica works at a start-up in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute.
Laurens studies dental medicine in the first semester.
Emily is studying dentistry in the fourth semester and is learning for her exam.
It is important to us that we understand each other well, but everyone likes to have time for themselves.
Just to know: How many WGs do we have a cleaning plan, which makes sense for five people ;)
From time to time we make WG evenings where we cook together or go out together.
