Professional WG searched Berufstätigen-WG gesucht

I am 30 years old, living in Freiburg for 3 years and working in the development of renewable energies. I like to travel and spend a lot of time with friends in the area of Freiburg (be it driving at the race bike, hiking or jogging). Of these I will be described as insanely invigorating, cheerful, empathic and quite obsessed and find it very good. I would add that I like to be among people (an exciting mix of intro and extroverted according to own analysis), but I can also let them rest if they need rest. If necessary, my WG’s of the past few years will be happy to provide you with a “room guide” certificate, so besides the above mentioned attributes, the words should be easy to care and uncomplicated.

Two aspects of the WG are important to me. On the one hand, the WG character: it is important to me not to move into a purpose WG. That this is no longer possible in the same way as at the beginning of 20 in a StudiWG I am clear, but I would like to find it nice if you find yourself in the evening for cooking or at the weekend for breakfast or other small activities. This means that the main component of my well-being factor would be prematurely:D. On the other hand, a certain degree of cleanliness in order to feel fully comfortable.

As far as the date of arrival is concerned, the 01.05. is only a placeholder. I have to leave my current stay to July (WG resolution), until then I would like to have found something nice to not have to stay permanently in the tent. I am also completely flexible in price, as there is also some air up. As WG asks explicitly for a reward: I would be willing to put it in the form of a regular pie supply, otherwise it would otherwise only be very unfair to buy my place, personal factors would be more important to me at this point :)

Since I work in Vörstetten, the northern location of Freiburg would offer itself to me (herders, Zähringen, Wildtal, Gundelfingen), but also here the human is far more important than the situation. If you have the feeling that it could fit so humanly, I would like to introduce myself personally.

Hallo zusammen!

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, wohne seit 3 Jahren in Freiburg und arbeite in der Projektentwicklung erneuerbarer Energien. Ich bin gern und viel in der Freiburger Umgebung unterwegs (sei es beim Rennrad fahren, Wandern oder Joggen) und verbringe gern viel Zeit mit Freunden. Von diesen werde ich gern als wahnsinnig begeisterungsfähig, fröhlich, empathisch und ziemlich verfressen beschrieben und finde das trifft es ganz gut. Ich würde hinzufügen dass ich gern unter Menschen bin (eine spannende Mischung aus Intro- und Extrovertiert nach Eigenanalyse), ich sie aber auch in ruhe lassen kann, sofern sie Ruhe benötigen. Bei Bedarf stellen euch meine WG‘s der vergangenen Jahre auch sicher gern ein „Mitbewohner-Führungszeugnis“ aus, da sollte dann neben den oben genannten Attributen noch die Wörter pflegeleicht und unkomplizert fallen.

Was die WG betrifft sind mir vor allem zwei Aspekte wichtig. Zum einen der WG-Charakter: mir ist es wichtig, nicht in eine Zweck-WG zu ziehen. Dass dies neben der Arbeit nicht mehr im selben Maße möglich ist, wie mit Anfang 20 in einer StudiWG ist mir klar, jedoch würde ich es schön finden, wenn man sich Abends hin und wieder zum Kochen zusammenfindet oder am Wochenende zum Frühstück oder anderen kleinen Aktivitäten. Damit wäre dann der Hauptbestandteil meines Wohlfühlfaktors abgefrühstückt :D. Zum anderen ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit, um sich vollends wohlzufühlen.

Was das Datum des Einzugs angeht, steht der 01.05. nur als Platzhalter. Ich muss meine aktuelle Bleibe leider zu Juli verlassen (WG-Auflösung), bis dahin würde ich gern etwas schönes gefunden haben, um nicht dauerhaft im Zelt hausen zu müssen. Preislich bin ich auch komplett flexibel, da ist auch noch etwas Luft nach oben. Da WG Gesucht nun explizit nach einer Belohnung fragt: ich wäre bereit, diese in Form einer regelmäßigen Kuchenversorgung zu stellen, würde ansonsten ansonsten jedoch nur sehr ungern meinen Platz erkaufen, persönliche Faktoren wären mir an dieser Stelle wichtiger :)

Da ich arbeitstechnisch in Vörstetten tätig bin, würde sich die nördlichere Lage Freiburg für mich anbieten (Herdern, Zähringen, Wildtal, Gundelfingen), aber auch hier ist mir das Menschliche weit wichtiger als die Lage. Sofern ihr das Gefühl habt, dass es soweit menschlich passen könnte, meldet euch gern, dann stelle ich mich auch gern mal persönlich vor.
