Hello!
It's nice that you've stumbled over our ad - with us in the WG a room is free in February and March. The room is to the courtyard, so it is very quiet and you can look beautiful in the green.
The room is furnished and three plants in need of affection, which can be taken care of.
Our WG is on the track in Brühl, between Herdern and the Stühlinger. You can even get even faster by bike in 10 minutes in the city and in the institute district. Right around the corner is the Herdern station, supermarkets are close to the run and right around the corner is the highly recommended candeldöner. We also live directly at the Kandelkino.

Lisa (21) studies educational sciences at the PH in the third semester and if she doesn't just make unikram, is drinking coffee with friends or is in her room with good reading, she is uniquely uninterrupted with her knitwear and an open ear on our kitchen sofa.
Zoe (21) makes an education as a stage painter at the Stadttheater and Tattooviates their fellow human beings or themselves. Otherwise, she's always for a coffee stick in the kitchen. She bakes super delicious bread and cake!
Lotte (22) studies sociology and is happy to travel in nature. In February and March she will work and live on a hut in the Swiss mountains - so her room will also be free.
We have a cleaning plan that we also have more or less consistent - a basic level of cleanliness is important to us. If a dear fellowship is important to you, you like to chat and we have awakened your interest, we will be happy to meet you personally over the next week. If you think it might fit :)

In addition to this room there are two more, one bathroom (with washing machine) + cozy kitchen (being with non-functional dishwasher).
Smoking is not desired in my room and also in the rest of the apartment, but we have a super sweet courtyard. Since we are on the ground floor, the path is not far. Bicycles can also be locked there or in the bicycle cellar. For other stuff, we also have a basement compartment.
In the rent is cold rental, administrative costs + water included. The NK consisted of electricity, gas and WLAN.
Because I'm not sure if I get everything completely cleared out of the room - maybe I'd lock a part of the closet and do things in there that can't go to the basement or to Switzerland. You would not have to pay the full rent (maybe 350€ instead of 400?). But we can still talk about this - depending on what your needs are :)
