Hello!

I'm looking for two nice, adult shelters or a couple for my cozy WG in Freiburg im Breisgau. Why women? Well, it makes it easier to live together, when woman cuddles quickly over the hallway into the bathroom and similar. From my side there is no sexual interest in women, I write this because in the past there has already been misunderstandings.

The WG is located in an old building with beautiful Tuscany-Patina and has about 100 m2 of living area with 5 rooms, a kitchen, a balcony and a garden.

The 3 rented rooms form a small unit on the upper floor, within the living space inhabited by the landlord himself (the latter dwells below).

Room No 1:
The room to rent is quasi square, 16 m2 large, very bright with two windows and a private balcony. It is equipped with a wardrobe, comma, table and chairs, floor, lamps and a bed with mattress 90x200 cm. Access to the balcony. It costs 530 euros warm with all NK. It's free.

Room No. 2:
The second room is also fully furnished and consists of two rooms, one bedroom and a master bedroom with a breakfast kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and dining area. About 26 m2. It costs 670 euros warm with all NK. It is released in mid-February.

Proper cooking is currently not provided in the breakfast kitchen, with the common kitchen on the ground floor available for shared use and access to the terrace.

The bathroom and the kitchen with fitted kitchen on the ground floor are shared by residents.
The garden offers plenty of space and niches and places to relax or learn.

What you should bring:

You work or study in Freiburg. The age is not so important, currently I (Ü50) share the apartment with a student (20). If you are very young, you can find a safe living environment here, but you should also be reliable. (The apartment offers pedestrian access to the railway station and tram and can also be accessed at night from the Freiburger Frauen-Taxi - transport from house to house - because it is still in the city area.)

You are neat, ignorant and respect the privacy of the roommates.
You don't have a sense of cohabitation, but you're happy to be alone.

We offer:

The apartment is furnished, it is not possible to bring or exchange furniture.

Rent:
The rent is about 530-670 euros monthly per person/(1 person per bedroom or 2 persons for the three rooms including breakfast kitchen) incl. Additional costs.
Unfortunately, this year the taxes for rental have also been drastically increased!

The apartment is located in a good residential area on the northern outskirts, in the green. In a few minutes you can reach the train station of the district (4 minutes by train to the main railway station) and the tram (about 15 minutes by tram to the city centre).
In the district there is everything for daily needs and beyond: shops, bakers, pharmacies, supermarkets, doctors, ...)
Hiking trails in the Black Forest begin in the immediate vicinity.
Especially suitable for residents by car (conveniently free parking!).

In our WG we place great emphasis on respectful coexistence in which both closeness and personal free spaces have their place.

Together we cook and eat occasionally – there is nothing more beautiful than letting the day revue at a delicious dinner! But don't worry, that's not a duty. If you want to have your rest or just want to be for you, it's absolutely okay.

We also look forward to joint ventures, whether it's a movie night, a walk or just a nice chat in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the time is more often going through the bill because we are pretty busy too. Individual time and retreat are also important to us.

If you want a harmonious coexistence with respect and a pinch of societality, feel free to report! We look forward to meeting you and perhaps living together in our beautiful home.

What I expect from you:

Order and cleanliness: You should place value on a well maintained environment and keep your areas clean and tidy. We are a WG in which everyone is respected, but that also means that we make sure that the common space remains neat.
Reliability
Respect and communication: A respectful communication is very important to us. If there are problems, you should be able to speak openly about it. We appreciate a good coexistence and a harmonious coexistence.
Occupation/study: It would be ideal if you are working or studying to share a similar way of life.
Consideration: Since we want to lead a relaxed WG life, you should take into account the privacy of other roommates. At the same time, we are also open to joint activities such as from time to time cooking or a TV evening.
Non-smoking: We are a non-smoking WG, so we are looking for someone who does not smoke.
No major modifications: The room and the apartment are already furnished. Changes such as drilling holes in the walls (e.g. for a hammock) or changing the room are not allowed.
No unwanted change proposals: We don't want to hear any changes to garden design or the like before you didn't help yourself actively in the garden. A clear communication and adherence to the existing circumstances are important to us.
