The WG room is located in a cozy & green district right next to the Dreisam. From our front door you are also super fast in the forest.
The house consists of 6 apartments and young women (20-30 years).
Your roommate is 24 years old, a very good friend of mine. She is open, friendly and our WG motto is: everything can, nothing needs ☺️
We like to sit together at a wine or café, cook together, etc. If the door is from the room then this means “I need my space”, so everything is relaxed. She studies medical education at KH.
Parking is great, free and always something free.
The nearest stop for the tram is 8 minutes walk, so you are in the city centre in 14 minutes. Littenweiler also has a station.
Of course, I'll give you a free room, kitchen and bathroom, so you can live out and feel comfortable.

In the rent of 430€ everything per month is included. There are no further costs for you. You will of course get the deposit back after the period. Is for me only a small “security” that you deal with my furniture, etc. as if it were your own.
