Hello together! In our beautiful Dreier-WG, a room for rent is released in the month of March!

The room has a floor area of 27 QM and is elongated. It only has a window overlooking a beautiful tree crown. Practical are the built-in wardrobe boards that provide plenty of storage space for all your stuff. I offer the room fully furnished, including a seating area with two sofas, a 140cmx200cm wooden bed and a height adjustable desk incl. Office chair. Of course you can use all these things.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an old town house in the middle of the Unterwiehre. Despite the central location (6 minutes by bus to the Hbf, 4 minutes by train to the city theatre stop in the city centre), it is nicely quiet and green here. A baker is located directly in the street, a café around the corner and numerous shopping facilities (Edeka, Aldi, DM, organic shops, library, snack bars etc.) are within walking distance in about 7 minutes. Another advantage is the proximity to nature - the Lorettoberg borders directly to the Unterwiehre.

We're a threesome WG. Lydia (32) and David (27). Both are sport-loving, empathic and open-minded. Lydia begins her lectureship at a school this year, and David is in the final trains of his teaching studies.

To cleanliness: each apartment is completely cleaned alternately by one person. For the time of the intermediate rental, we would like to have an equally open and clean person.

Our WG maintains a good contact with our landlord, who also lives in the house. We will invite a few people for a personal experience where our landlord will also participate.

We will discuss everything else for the intermediate rental in person. We look forward to your news and a first experience! Write a little something about you so we can get a first impression :).
