The cozy room has a window south facing green and sweet squirrels. Furnished with bed (1.20m wide), dressing bar and secretary.
The apartment was renovated four years ago and is accordingly in top condition. The really great thing about it is the huge community area: We have a large living room with dining area, comfortable sofa area, TV and many games. The kitchen is relatively spacious and top equipped: from dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, mixer to sodastream everything is there.
On top there is a large balcony with morning / midday sun and a wonderful view of a tree group inhabited by squirrels. The balcony and its potential just keep a bit of winter sleep, but we want to start in spring and make it really nice again.
Finally there are two bathrooms, one with shower, one with shower tub. So there is a bathroom on two people, which is really very relaxed.
The apartment is located in Haslach-Weingarten in a quiet location. From here, Dietenbachpark and Dreisam are within walking distance and humans are therefore super uncomplicated in the green. ALDI, Rossmann and some other supermarkets are also easily accessible, just like the spun weave, a cheaper and great secondhand store.
By bike (and also by tram) you are in the city centre in about 10 minutes.
It is important to all of us to have a common WG life, so it is often cooked together or at least eaten, drinks coffee together in the morning or just where we meet each other a lot. Because we all appreciate our cozy dining and living room very much, we spend a lot of time here. Over the past few months, we have always had friends looking to the common Trash TV or enthusiastic Sing Star games to visit. Otherwise we like to go together on demos, concerts or parties, sometimes all together, sometimes in smaller constellations, depending on who has time and pleasure for the specific activities.
Because we are usually quite busy in our day-to-day life, we don't hang 24/7 on top of each other, and we look forward to meeting again at the end of the day or seeing each other in between to dinner depending on the mode.
A few basic features are with us: we are all neatly left and also (very Freiburg) vegan; that at least no meat is cooked here would be nice to us. We also share all our need for order, to which we comply with (actually functioning!) cleaning plan. Parties are really nice and at times too fine, but we do not want to be so often in the WG. If you already have an experience or just a good intuition with transparent, value-adding communication, it would also be fantastic!
So that we all feel comfortable with the dynamics and also with other WG and housing-internal actions, we meet once a month on a WG-Plenum by discussing these things and everything else. However, so that this is not an exciting appointment, we always combine this with a delicious dinner.
A bit to the potential cohabitation:
Aenne (they/her) likes to dance passionately contemporary and almost as happy (although rarer) in artic. She is a great follower of planning and schedules and accordingly knows what she will eat on Sunday (potato puree), as well as where she will be in life in five years. She studies law, but the political, pearl-chain-free variant in which humans are critical lawyers in the working group, burns for workers:internal rights. Otherwise, she finds crochets, sewing and Helge Schneider great and is in the WG-Liga Twistermeisterin.
Thomas (er/ihm) studies political science and philosophy, but in the heart actually sociology, especially in the last stages aka bachelor's thesis. Otherwise, he is very engaged in political youth work and is passionate techno fan (there is an extra rave pants and good party recommendations). Otherwise, Thomas is regularly on a zigzag between Mensa, coffee drinks with friends and the beach volleyball field. However, he is often also at home when cooking the most tasty dishes or alternatively with a bag of chips in front of the TV, and always down for any taste.
Alice (she/her), is the naughtiest sock of the WG, always has a ready-to-be jump and a embarrassing Trash TV series on the laptop running - of course only to analyze it from the point of view of gender studies. She usually wanders between university, Plenas and demos, spontaneously also sometimes ready for the next party or Rave. Alice can cook anything super well, except it's not a glass noodle salad, so she likes to eat with Thomi.
For knowledge we have been on Sunday (19.01.) in the afternoon and Monday (20.01.) from approx. 17h introduced, please write to us what suits you. If the dates do not go, please write another proposal :)
