Hello,
I will leave my WG room for 4 months for professional reasons. For this period I would like to rent it under. If you are a professional or a student and are simply looking for a cheap and uncomplicated house from February to May, you are right here. The roommates are polite and helpful. The apartment is located right on the outskirts of the city and you have your rest here.
It's a souterrain dressing. That's why you don't have so much daylight. The room has the window to the garden. Unfortunately, the garden must not be used.
The room is furnished with desk, chair, wardrobe and bed.
I'll have to put some of my cremation in the apartment. We can discuss this individually depending on how much space you need. Here we find a solution!

The Wohung is located in Littenweiler in the Waldhofstraße. It is located on the mountain just outside the city. The ÖPNV can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. With the Sbahn which runs about every 30 min, you will be in 7 minutes at the HBF by tram which runs about every 10 minutes in the city centre in 15-20 minutes.
The roommates are polite and helpful. They are all at the transition between study and professional life. Personally I come very well with them and we often talk when we are in the kitchen. But you can keep it as you want.
