I rent a WG room in our cozy 2nd WG in Haslach. The apartment is located in a new building, in which I moved 2 years ago as a first cover.
Your room would be 13m2 tall and has a large floor depth window which ensures pleasant daylight. The room is rented unfurnished.
We also have a large living/dining room and a large balcony with access from the living/dining room.:)

The apartment is located in Haslach/Weingarten and you can easily reach everything by bike. There is also a bus stop right in front of the front door and the Rohrgraben stop can be reached in about 9min walk. By bike you are in 6 minutes at the Westarkaden, in about 10 min in downtown and in 8 min at the Uniklinik.
There is also a net, which is 3 minutes away by bike and an aldi and Rossmann, which you reach in 5 minutes by bike.

If you have a car, you could have a parking space directly on our property for 40€ a month.

We are a relaxed 2 WG in which you like to cook together or a movie is looked at:)
Unfortunately, my roommate Sophia moved out at the end of March, which is why I am looking for a new roommate.
I don't want any purpose WG and would be happy if you cook with a WG evening, a Vino or movie.🫶🏻 Of course, it's not a stress if you just need time for yourself and I also think it's important that everyone does their own thing.
