The lower rental is approx. 20 sqm bright room with a south-facing balcony to the courtyard. Despite the central location (only 5 minutes walk from the main train station), you hardly get anything from the traffic noise. The room will be rented until the end of September as our roommate is traveling abroad. There is a chance of an extension, because it is not sure whether it comes back.

Trotz der zentralen Lage (nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt) bekommt man hier kaum etwas von dem Verkehrslärm mit. Das Zimmer wird bis Ende September untervermietet, da unser Mitbewohner im Ausland unterwegs ist. Es besteht die Chance auf eine Verlängerung er ist sich nämlich noch nicht sicher ob er wieder zurückkommt.
