Our WG-house is located between the Sternwaldwiese and the Marias-Hilfe-Church in the upper sieve. The house includes a front and rear garden, a terrace, a double garage with storage space and two balconies. In the garden there are various seating facilities, fruit trees and vegetable beds. In the basement is a washing room with several washing machines and a dryer. The location is wonderful, one is in two minutes in the forest, in five minutes on the Thisam and in less than ten minutes by bike in the city centre. The centre of Oberwiehre with Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, DM and other shops is not five minutes away by bike. You are also fast at the weekly market at the old Wiehrebahnhof. From the upper floors you can see directly into the forest below the Kybfelsen. In our street
there are a lot of family houses, it is really quiet and low traffic.

Unser WG-Haus befindet sich zwischen der Sternwaldwiese und der Maria-Hilf-Kirche in der Oberwiehre. Zum Haus gehört ein Vorder- und ein Hinterhausgarten, eine Terrasse, eine Doppelgarage mit Stauraum und zwei Balkone. Im Garten gibt es diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten, Obstbäume und Gemüsebeete. Im Keller ist einen Waschraum mit mehren Waschmaschinen und einem Trockner. Die Lage ist traumhaft, man ist in zwei Minuten im Wald, in fünf Minuten an der Dreisam und in unter zehn Minuten per Fahrrad in der Innenstadt. Das Zentrum Oberwiehre mit Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura, DM und anderen Geschäften ist keine fünf Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Man ist außerdem schnell am Wochenmarkt am alten Wiehrebahnhof. Aus den oberen Stockwerken schaut man direkt in den Wald unterhalb des Kybfelsens. In unserer Straße
stehen lauter Einfamilienhäuser, es ist wirklich ruhig und verkehrsarm.

We do things together, we cook, we play, we talk. But without it getting too much and always then
... Every two weeks on Sunday evening there is a WG evening, where current topics are discussed. Sometimes it is also cooked and usually looked at the scene of the crime or played a board game. We have two cats, Pepe and Fred, who are very independent and still always look by.
In the summer we are much on the trisam for swimming, in the winter rather in the living room of the WG, which is available to all and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a piano and a large dining table. In general, it is important that all roommates have a desire to be together in exchange with the others. However, the Community is not overhauled and there is always the possibility of
to withdraw if you feel like it.

Jedes Stockwerk teilt sich eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad. Trotzdem verstehen wir uns als eine große WG.
Wir machen Sachen zusammen, kochen, spielen, quatschen. Aber ohne dass es zu viel wird und immer dann wenns mal
passt. Alle zwei Wochen gibt es am Sonntagabend einen WG-Abend, bei denen aktuelle Themen besprochen werden. Manchmal wird dazu auch gekocht und meistens danach Tatort geschaut oder ein Brettspiel gespielt. Mit uns wohnen zwei Katzen, Pepe und Fred, die sehr eigenständig sind und trotzdem immer mal vorbeischauen.
Im Sommer sind wir viel an der Dreisam zum Baden, im Winter eher im Wohnzimmer der WG, das allen zur Verfügung steht und mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, einem Klavier und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet sind. Allgemein ist es wichtig dass alle Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerinnen Lust haben auf ein Miteinander bei dem man mit den anderen im Austausch steht. Trotzdem wird das Gemeinschaftliche auch nicht überstrapaziert und es besteht jederzeit die Möglichkeit,
sich zurückzuziehen, wenn einem danach ist.
