It is 4 minutes to the S-Bahn and 7-10 minutes to the tram depending on the running speed. One is a few minutes in the forest and in about 10-15 minutes on foot on the Thrism.

The bike takes you 15 minutes to the city centre.
By train 7 and by tram about 20 minutes.
Free parking is available around.
The bike can be placed in the yard under a roof.

Littenweiler ist ein sehr gemütliches und ruhiges Viertel. Die Wohnung liegen direkt bei der PH.

Es sind 4 Minuten zur S-Bahn und je nach Laufgeschwindigkeit 7-10 Minuten zur Straßenbahn. Man ist wenigen Minuten im Wald und in ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Dreisam.

Mit dem Rad braucht man 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Mit dem Zug 7 und mit der Straßenbahn ca 20 Minuten.
Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es ringsrum.
Das Fahrrad kann im Hof unter einer Überdachung abgestellt werden.

Ich bin Anna, 27, studiere Soziologie im Master und habe eine Hündin (Romina). Dh. Bitte schickt nur eine Nachricht, wenn ihr wirklich mit einem Hund zusammen zu leben wollt!!!
Da Romina anfangs Angst vor männlich gelesene Personen hat, suche ich eine FLINTA* Person, um es für alle Beteiligten einfacher zu gestalten.

Ich bin gerne in der Natur unterwegs (wandern, campen) lese gerne, kümmere mich um meine kleine Zimmerpflanzenfamilie und backe fast jede Woche etwas. Was natürlich geteilt wird 😊 Ich ernähre mich vegan und würde mich freuen, wenn in der Wohnung zumindest kein Fleisch/Fisch gekocht wird. Ich bin gern gesellig (Spieleabende, gemeinsames Kochen, die Sonne auf dem Balkon bei einem Käffchen genießen, gemeinsame Spaziergänge,…) aber ich weiß auch meine Zeit für mich zu schätzen.

Allgemein wünsche ich mir ein Zusammenleben in dem sich alle zu Hause fühlen und wir auch ein miteinander haben.

Neben der Uni habe ich einen Nebenjob, zu dem Romina auch mitkommt. Manchmal mache ich Homeoffice.
Und ich arbeite in einem Projekt zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit.

Ob ein Putzplan nötig ist, werden wir dann schon sehen 😊

Der sehr große Balkon – fast schon Dachterrasse😊 – liegt an meinem Zimmer, aber ich beanspruche ihn keinesfalls für mich allein! Im Sommer wächst dort auch das ein oder andere Gemüse ganz gerne 😊
