I rent my beautiful, furnished old building room for the period from 25.03.25 - 06.05.2025 as I travel. The room is large and spacious, very bright and light-flooded (two large windows east and south), has high walls and is lovingly furnished with everything that invites you to feel good.
The view from the room goes to the Unigarten and the Schlossberg as well as directly to the Sternenwald. The tram stops right in front of the door, which is super practical and the multiple glazed windows keep all the noises well outside, so you can sleep deep and firm :)
The apartment is centrally located in the middle of downtown, is super spacious and fully equipped with a cozy kitchen, a large living room (with huge flat screen and all streaming services) with fireplace and piano, two bathrooms and a large balcony - everything you can enjoy.
Since I love my room very much and we appreciate the apartment very much, I am looking forward to an intermediate renter who wants to feel comfortable here and be careful with everything. Especially welcome is a green thumb, as you would take care of my plants in time :) Since we are not party-WG, I would also like to have a quiet ambience in my room;)
With us, part-time lives a charming, fluffy, black poodle lady, who is sugary, rejoices with cuddly units and with whom you can make really nice trips to nature if you like. Die Wohnung liegt zentral mitten in der Innenstadt, ist super geräumig und voll ausgestattet mit einer gemütlichen Wohnküche, einem großen Wohnzimmer (mit riesigem Flachbildschirm und sämtlichen Streaming-Diensten) mit Kaminofen und Klavier, zwei Bädern und einem großen Balkon - alles, was du gern mitnutzen kannst.
Da ich mein Zimmer sehr liebe und wir die Wohnung sehr schätzen, freue ich mich über eine Zwischenmieterin, die Lust hat, sich hier wohlzufühlen und achtsam mit allem umgeht. Ganz besonders willkommen ist ein grüner Daumen, da du dich in der Zeit auch um meine Pflanzen kümmern würdest :) Da wir keine Party-WG sind, möchte ich auch in meinem Zimmer eher ein ruhiges Ambiente haben ;)
Mit uns wohnt in Teilzeit eine zauberhafte, flauschige, schwarze Pudeldame, die zuckersüß ist, sich über Kuscheleinheiten freut und mit der du, wenn du Lust hast, richtig schöne Ausflüge in die Natur unternehmen kannst. Vielleicht bist du auch neu in Freiburg und suchst nach einem Wohlfühlort, um in dieser zauberhaften Stadt anzukommen? Dann ist die zentrale Lage und unsere herzliche WG möglicherweise genau das Richtige für dich :)
