Wg room Wg- Zimmer

The room is now free.
But I'm flexible when to get involved. (from now on, 01.03, mid-March)
The room is partially furnished.
The room has 25 square meters and 2 large windows with shutters. Despite old construction, the windows (new) are well insulated and soundproof. You can't hear from the side street.
The door and the floor are really super beautiful and a highlight.

The bed with mattress, the two chairs, the black shelf, the couch with footstool, the desk, the small black table, the garbage bucket and the two lamps belong to the room.
The closet is mine, you can keep it or dispose of it.

The heating works super:), there are enough sockets and you just have plenty of space to set up as you like.

AUSSERDEM: There are common large living room (30 square meters) with 2 couches and a large table. There you can also hang up your laundry.

The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher and all necessary dishes.


Location:


I think the situation of the WG is perfect. It is located in the Stühlinger district.
5 minutes walk (you can also get it in 3min) from Freiburg's Hbf.
5 minutes walk from Eschholzstraße stop.
In 100 meters you reach an Edeka and a penny in 5 minutes walk.
Aldi and Lidl are also very close.
Cafés, diners and pizza shops are also not far away.
The bike takes 4 minutes to the UB (library) and Mensa.


WG Life:


My roommate is 26 years old and professional. He works in 2 shifts late and night.
Our WG life was always quite calm as we had different daily routines. Nevertheless, we never had problems due to volume etc., that has always worked well.
In the kitchen and in the bathroom we had our own compartments and took care of each other.
We've always changed with cleaning in the week.
It is important that a quiet and balanced person without pets is involved again.
The WG is therefore a purpose WG.

Other:

In the rent everything is there (including electricity, heat, Wlan). Except Gez, these are always 10€ a month.
I shared the washing machine with the neighbors down there, that should be possible again.
There is a courtyard where you can park your bike without stealing it.

Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei.
Ich bin aber flexible, wann genau eingezogen werden soll. (ab sofort, 01.03, Mitte März))
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert.
Das Zimmer hat 25 Quadratmeter und 2 große Fenster mit Rolläden. Trotz Altbau sind die Fenster (neu) gut isoliert und schalldicht. Von der Seitenstraße hört man nichts.
Die Tür und der Boden sind wirklich super schön und ein Highlight.

Das Bett mit Matratze, die beiden Stühle, das schwarze Regal, die Couch mit Fußhocker, der Schreibtisch, der kleine schwarze Tisch, der Mülleimer und die beiden Lampen gehören zum Zimmer dazu.
Der Stoffschrank ist von mir, den kannst du behalten oder entsorgen.

Die Heizung funktioniert super :), es gibt genug Steckdosen und man hat einfach viel Platz sich so einzurichten wie es einem gefällt.

AUSSERDEM: Es gibt gemeinsamen großes Wohnzimmer (30 Quadratmeter) mit 2 Couchen und einen grossen Tisch. Dort kann man auch gut seine Wäsche aufhängen.

Die Küche hat einen Backofen, Spülmaschine und alles nötige an Geschirr.


Lage:


Die Lage der WG ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt. Sie liegt im Stadtteil Stühlinger.
5 Minuten zu Fuß (man schafft es auch in 3min) vom Freiburger Hbf entfernt.
5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Eschholzstraße entfernt.
In 100 Metern erreicht man einen Edeka und in 5 Minuten Fußweg einen Penny.
Aldi und Lidl sind auch ganz in der Nähe.
Cafés, Döner und Pizzaläden sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 4 Minuten zur UB (Bibliothek) und Mensa.


WG Leben:


Mein Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre alt und Berufstätig. Er arbeitet in 2 Schichten Spät und Nacht.
Unser WG-Leben war immer ziemlich ruhig, da wir unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe hatten. Trotzdem hatten wir nie Probleme wegen Lautstärke etc., das hat immer gut funktioniert.
In der Küche und im Bad hatten wir unsere eigenen Fächer und haben da aufeinander Rücksicht genommen.
Wir haben uns mit dem Putzen immer im Wochentakt abggewechselt.
Ihm ist wichtig, dass wieder eine ruhige und ausgeglichene Person ohne Haustiere einzieht.
Die WG ist also eine Zweck WG.

Sonstiges:

In der Miete ist alles dabei (also inklusive Strom, Wärme, Wlan). Ausser Gez, das sind dann immer 10€ im Monat.
Die Waschmaschine habe ich mir mit den Nachbarn unten drunter geteilt, das sollte wohl wieder möglich sein.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, wo man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann ohne, dass es geklaut wird.
