In our beautiful 4s WG a room is free, so we are looking for an uncomplicated, thoughtful and nice roommate.
You will be living in a spacious duplex apartment, with the free room on the upper floor.
The room has about 9 m2. However, the actual floor area is 11m2, since the roof bevel always has to take off some of the m2. At the lowest point, the ceiling height is 1.75 m, so that not too large people can stand up in the entire room without problems. Das Zimmer hat ca. 9 m2. Die tatsächliche Bodenfläche beträgt aber 11m2, da offiziell durch die Dachschräge immer etwas von den m2 abgezogen werden muss. An der niedrigsten Stelle beträgt die Deckenhöhe 1,75 m, sodass nicht allzu große Leute ohne Probleme im gesamten Zimmer aufrecht stehen können. Durch die helle Fensterfront im Nord-Osten hast du einen perfekten Blick auf den Schwarzwald samt Sonnenaufgang und auf den Platz, wo sich mittwochs und samstags der Wochenmarkt befindet. Außerdem wirst du ein Dachfenster haben, welches das Zimmer aufhellt, aber im Sommer durch den elektrischen Rollladen auch komplett abdunkelt werden kann.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich im oberen Stock noch zwei andere WG-Zimmer sowie das große Tageslichtbad mit WC, Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Im unteren Stock findest du neben Annas schönem Zimmer unseren Wohn-/Essbereich, die voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Gäste-WC. Außerdem gelangt man von hier aus zu den beiden großen Balkonen, auf denen man wahlweise in der Sonne frühstücken und das Treiben des Rieselfelds beobachten oder den Tag auf den sonnengewärmten Steinplatten ausklingen lassen kann.
