The room has a large window that brings a lot of light into the room. It is quite quiet as it goes to the rear to the garage/bicycle parking place.
The room will be rented as it can be seen in the picture with a bed including mattress (bedding can be placed), table with chair, an open shelf and a cabinet with doors.
The nearest railway/bus stop is a three-minute walk away, while the wetlands are also within a five-minute walk.
Ahmad, 31 years old, works as a camp helper, likes to watch movies after dinner and likes to do sports.
Elli, 36 years old, studies your Master at the EH, works in peacebuilding and works next door in care. In her spare time she volunteers or meets with friends.
We are both married and would like to rent the smaller room of our two-room apartment.
!!! The rental agreement takes place OHNE, so no registration is possible with the authorities. The apartment also has NO WLAN. When Ahmad is at home, he can share his unlimited mobile data. Please report only if both are not a problem!

Elli, 36 years old, is studying for her Master's degree at the EH and works in the field and f peace education and part-time in nursing as well. In her free time she does volunteer work or meets up with friends.

!!! Renting will be WITHOUT any contract so you’re NOT able to register by the government. As well we can’t offer wifi in the flat, just sharing Hotspot when Ahmad is at home. Please send just us message if both aren’t a problem for you!
