wir suchen per sofort einen Nachmieter für unser kleinstes 9,5 m2, möbliertes Zimmer in einer Luxus-WG mit Seesicht und sehr zentral gelegen. In nur 10 Geh-Minuten erreichst du den Bahnhof von welchem du mit dem Schnellzug in 30 Minuten am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof bist.
Das Zimmer:
Kleines aber feines, sehr helles, komplett möbliertes Zimmer mit einem 90cm Bett mit viel Stauraum darunter. Ausserdem einen grossen Schrank, Schreibtisch, bequemen Stuhl und Wäschesack. Das Beste jedoch Seesicht aus allen Räumen!
Wir bieten:
Glasfaserinternet, einen grosszügigen Wohn- Essbereich mit 55" Full HD TV, Apple-TV, Gasgrill, Café-Vollautomat, Getränkekühlschrank im Wohnzimmer. Des Weiteren haben wir eine Putzfrau, welche wöchentlich die gemeinsam genutzten Räume, sowie Bäder reinigt.
Ausserdem haben wir einen Raucherbalkon und einen grossen Balkon auf dem wir, den Nachbarn zur Liebe, nicht rauchen. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage kann für 140 SFr. zusätzlich dazu gemietet werden. Sollte ein Aussenparkplatz auch reichen, wäre dieser für 80 SFr. zu haben.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi direkt vor dem Haus und der Bahnhof Pfäffikon ist nur 850m entfernt.

Hey there,
We are looking for a new tenant for our smallest (9.5m2) room in a four room completely furnished shared flat. The room would be available as of now. The flat is located close to the city centre 10 min walk to train station, which will take you to ZH-Hb within 30 Mins of commuting time.
The room:
Small but really bright and cosy room fully furnished with a 90cm bed including a comfortable mattress and lots of space to store your stuff below. In addition, it comes with a nice desk a chair and a huge wardrobe. Other than that, you have Lakeview from all rooms!
What we offer:
Fiberglass internet connection, a really big and cosy shared area for living, dining all including a 55” Full HD TV, Apple TV, a gas BBQ, Coffeemaker, a fridge just for your beverages in the living room. Our housekeeper comes once a week and takes care of the shared areas.
Other than that, we have a “smokers” balcony as well as a big balcony on which we do not smoke on to keep the neighbours happy. If you need you can get a parking in the underground garage for just 140 SFr. extra or if you are happy to park your car outside for 80 SFr. its possible too.
A bus stop is almost directly in front of the building and the train station Pfäffikon is only 850m away.
