Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er WG, es ist hell und mit moderner Einrichtung ausgestattet. Folgende Einrichtung ist vorhanden (siehe Fotos):
- Bettgestell
- Nachttisch mit Lampe
- Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Schreibtischleuchte
- Hängeschrank für Kleidung
- Sonstige Sachen (Teppich, Bilder, Pinnwand, etc.)
Alles kein Luxus, aber schön, ansprechend und wie gesagt unbenutzt.
Der Blick der zwei Fenster geht nach Osten, d.h. man hat den Vormittag über sehr schön helles Licht.
ENGLISH: The room is bright with modern furniture. The following equipment is included (see photos):

- Desk with chair and desk lamp
- Hanging closet
- Miscellaneous items (carpet, pictures, pin board, etc.)
All not luxurious, but nice, tidy and as I said unused.
The view from the two windows is to the east, i.e. there is very nice bright light in the morning.
Das Haus ist zentral in Friedberg gelegen, der nächste Supermarkt ist 300m entfernt. Zu Fuss ist man 2 Minuten vom Friedberger Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort ist man z.B. in 23 Minuten am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. In der Strasse sind Parkplätze ohne Anwohnerparkausweis verfügbar. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Bahngleise, d.h. Zuggeräusche sind teilweise zu hören, aber dafür ist man wie gesagt auch in 2 Minuten am Hbf ;-)
ENGLISH: The house is centrally located in Friedberg, the nearest supermarket is 300m away. It is a 2-minute walk from Friedberg Central Station. From there you can be at Frankfurt Central Station in 23 minutes. On-street parking is available without a resident parking permit. The house is near the train tracks, i.e. train noises can sometimes be heard, but in return your quickly at the train station ;-).
Die WG hat 4 Zimmer, 1 Küche, ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Aktuell steht aber nur ein Zimmer zur Verfügung, d.h. vorerst wären die anderen Zimmer leer. Die Wohnung ist tw. renoviert, aber grundsätzlich ein Altbau, d.h. hat "Ecken und Kanten" - wer einen Neubau erwartet, der liegt falsch. Dafür entsprechend hohe Decken und große Zimmer.
ENGLISH: The apartment has 4 rooms, 1 kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower. However, there is currently only one room available, i.e. the other rooms would be empty for the time being. The apartment is partly renovated, but basically an old building, i.e. has some "rough edges" - if you expect a new building, you are in the wrong place. On the plus side "old building" means high ceilings and large rooms.
Internetanschluss & WLAN sind vorhanden und in den Nebenkosten inkludiert. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes ist ein Laden/Büro, im 2. OG ist ebenfalls eine WG. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
ENGLISH: Internet connection and wifi are available and included in the additional costs. On the ground floor of the building is a shop/office, on the 2nd floor there is also a flat share. The room is rented furnished.
