Ich suche einen Mitbewohner*in zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt. Zu mir: Ich heiße Mike bin 22 Jahre alt und bin grade noch in meiner Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Marketing Kommunikation. Ich spiele Fußball und gehe ins Gym. Ich wohne seit diesem Jahr in der Wohnung und habe diese neu eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer plus einen großen Balkon. Das Bad besitzt eine Dusche sowie eine große Badewanne. Bei Bedarf kann ein neues Bett sowie ein neuer Kleiderschrank mit gemietet werden. Die Wohnung hat ein schön großes beleuchtetes Wohnzimmer mit einer großen Glasfront mit Balkontüren. Die komplette Wohnung ist bereits möbliert. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine und der Wäschetrockner dürfen mit benutzt werden. In der Garage wäre Platz um ein Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und ca. 4 min von der S-Bahn Station entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt in Frankfurt. Eine Station entfernt sind die Städte Friedrichsdorf und Bad Homburg wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten gibt.
