Schönes, helles Zimmer mit großem Fenster. Ca. 20qm. Vollständig möbliert mit 2 Schränken, Regal, großer Schreibtisch, Bett (1,60m). Hohe Decken, dadurch ist es immer angenehm kühl.
Zur Wohnung generell:
Wir haben zwei Bäder, ein Gäste-WC, eine große Küche mit Essbereich und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Unsere WG liegt am Rand der Pécser Innenstadt zwischen Király utca und Stadtbib. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad 10 min. Den nächsten Supermarkt erreicht man in 5 min zu Fuß.
Wir studieren beide Medizin und fühlen uns in Pécs sehr wohl. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen und genießen das Studentenleben. Unsere WG ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG und wir schätzen sie sehr als unseren Rückzugsort.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und diverse Putzutensilien sind vorhanden. Und der Putzplan auch ;)
Mit das Beste an der Wohnung ist unser Vermieter, der sich immer sofort um alles kümmert, wenn es ein Problem gibt! Er spricht gut englisch und ist wirklich super hilfsbereit!
