I'd be moving to Koeln for my Master's Thesis, so I'm subletting my apartment starting from 1st of January (Flexible move-in dates).

Rent : 300

- 2 mins walk to Fürth Rathaus U-Bahn station.
- 4 mins walk to the nearest bus stop.
- 10 mins walk (or 5 mins by U-Bahn) to Fürth Hauptbahnhof.
- Lidl & REWE supermarkets within 5 mins walk.

It's pretty much centrally located so shops are pretty close by.

There are 2 other rooms, one where you have Niveeth (28) living and in the other one, Charu (24) and Nourin (23) live.

Charu and Nourin are a couple, both started their Master's the previous Semester at FAU. They respect your personal space and also mostly tend to stay on their own but if you catch them in the common area, they'd love to have a chat.

Niveeth loves to socialize, tho he's at his Werkstudent job or Thesis most of the days but otherwise he'd be up for hanging out or chating otherwise and would love to make plans to hang out.
