room in Galway, close to NUI

Hi there. I am an M.A. student at TU Dresden. As part of my studies I will be spending two semesters at the NUI in Galway. I am looking for a small room somewhere close to the university. Ideally, 20-25 minutes on foot from the university, or closer.
I am both quiet and tidy person. I do not have pets and I do not smoke. I will be spending most of my time either at the uni or, hopefully, at work.

I am moving at the end of August and will need the room till mid-May 2015. If you have a room to offer, please contact me. Even if the room can be rented out for a couple of months only, it is a start. :) Thanks in advance!
