Das Zimmer ist möbliert, hat 18m2, kostet 271€ pro Monat (inkl. Strom, Heizung, WLAN) und ist trotz Ausrichtung nach Norden schön hell durch das große Fenster. Ich habe einige Pflanzen die während ich im Auslandssemester bin im Zimmer bleiben, weshalb es schön wäre, wenn du auch ein bisschen Pflanzen-Enthusiasmus mitbringst und dir vorstellen kannst, meine Pflanzen zu gießen. Haustiere darf man leider im Wohnheim nicht halten und da die Wohnung sich in einem Wohnheim des Studierendenwerks befindet, musst du an der Uni Göttingen immatrikuliert sein, um einziehen zu können.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines mehrstöckigen Hauses. Wir haben ein helles Bad in Richtung Süden und daneben unsere gemütliche Küche, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Das Haus hat einen Fahrradkeller und einen Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, die man kostenlos benutzen kann.

The room is furnished, has 18m2, costs 271€ per month (incl. electricity, heating, WLAN) and is nice and bright thanks to the large window, facing north. I have some plants that will stay in the room during my semester abroad, so it would be nice if you have a bit of plant enthusiasm yourself and can imagine watering my plants. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment and since the apartment is located in a dormitory of the Studierendenwerk, you have to be enrolled at the University of Göttingen to be able to move in.
Our apartment is a nice old apartment on the first floor of a multi-storey building. We have a bright bathroom facing south and next to it our cozy kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. The house has a bicycle storage room and a cellar room with washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge.
Unsere WG ist in einem der Studierendenwohnheime am Kreuzbergring, also fast schon auf dem Zentralcampus, sodass man zu Fuß schnell die SUB, das ZHG und die Zentral- oder Turmmensa erreicht. Zum Einkaufen hat man die Qual der Wahl zwischen Edeka, Biomarkt, Aldi, Rewe und Netto – alle in ca.5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber auch in die Innenstadt braucht man nur ca. 5min, wo dann auch dm, Tegut und alle anderen Läden sind. Dementsprechend ist man auch super schnell am Wall, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann.

Our shared flat is in one of the student residences on Kreuzbergring, almost on the central campus, so you can quickly reach the SUB (library), the ZHG and the Zentral- or Turmmensa by foot. When it comes to grocery shopping, you can choose between Edeka, Biomarkt, Aldi, Rewe and Netto - all within a 5-minute walk. You also only need about 5 minutes to get to the city center, where you will find dm, Tegut and all the other stores. Accordingly, you are also at the Wall super fast, where you can go for a nice walk.
Da ich (Nora) ein Auslandssemester mache suchen wir eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere WG. In der WG leben Hannah (23) und Jumana (23), die Geschichte und Germanistik, bzw. Sozialwissenschaften studieren. Wir kochen gerne mal zusammen und quatschen in der Küche, haben auch schon Ausflüge gemacht und gemeinsame Backaktionen. Alle haben aber auch vollstes Verständnis, wenn jemand seine Ruhe braucht.
Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und es wäre uns wichtig, dass dir auch ein sauberes Miteinander in der WG am Herzen liegt.

As I (Nora) am going for a semester abroad, we are looking for a temporary tenant for our shared flat. The flatmates are Hannah (23, studying studying history and German studies) and Jumana (23, studying social sciences). We enjoy cooking or baking together from time to time and chatting in the kitchen, and have also gone on trips before. But everyone is also very understanding when someone needs some peace and quiet.
We have a weekly cleaning schedule and it would be important to us that you also care about keeping the shared flat clean.
